Signed International Management Group ("IMG") as the talent and distribution partner for the Company's new property, Super Fashion Stars. The Super Fashion Stars is a multiplatform entertainment property which includes a reality TV show that aims to find the top young fashion designers, stylists and models. Successful contestants will gain international exposure at the prestigious annual Fashion Fringe event in Covent Garden, London, held every September during London Fashion Week. The show will be complemented by online, mobile and live events, and is planned to be rolled out to international markets during 2010, beginning with China. Under the terms of the agreement Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden, IMG's project to discover and promote young fashion talent, will be exclusively attached on a global basis to Super Fashion Stars. In addition, IMG Media and Galleon Entertainment will be collectively responsible in distributing the format globally.IMG is a major driving force behind the global fashion industry. It is the world's largest producer of fashion events and one of the top modelling agencies representing supermodels including Kate Moss, Heidi Klum and Gisele Bϋndchen.
