IDD. Jeffery Michael Blackburn now has an interest of .17% of ISC ie 1.830350M shares. Also acquired 1.7M via recent placing or .16% ISC. These were transacted on 8th Aug. So the efficient market theorists, this info should be in the price. He now holds 6M or .55% of ISC. Does this make sense, lets have feedback.

TAL. I seem to remember Bob Geldoff had or still has an interest here. I seem to recall some recent press story. I will get my teeth into this one. Geldoff is not one of my Lifes role models.

HHO. Opening looks like being strong tomorrow. May well place an order now for execution tomorrow with a limit of 2.8p

HHO. Nello wayner I thought you might have got a result from this one. I was a little behind you on this but not by much. I have now just been emailed the contract notes for todays deals. I am pleasently surprised. Not as much profit as I had hoped, my timing was not as perfect as I would have liked. I may go in the market again later.

HHO. As expected and predicted. Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd is the first to show its hand to an FSA LR 9.11 declaration. It holds just under 10M or 3.16% of ISC. If the continued selling prevails with no buyers soon the price will drift. As for tomorrow that is another trading day. But the shares look like finishing weak and will probably open weak tomorrow unless fresh buying or more positive news is forthcoming. That is my opinion for what it's worth.

OILQ. These shares are riding on the back of Northern Petroleum. With no great spending spree by investors they look initially overpriced but the fundamentals bode well for the long term.

Therefore pursuant to FSA Listing Rule 9.11 A company must notify the Regulatory Information Service without delay( by the end of the business day following receipt of the information by the Company) any information disclosed to it in accordance with sections 198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985. I would suspect that there will be a few if not a raf of Regulatory Announcements relating to shareholders who have a declarable interest in excess of 3% section 199(2) (a) CA 1985. in the hours and days to come.

BES. Hi chan, this caught my eye Tuesday evening. This story came over the wire at 6pm Tuesday night. Extreme Beverage Co was interested in 7.484425M down from 8.469525M or 11.45% ISC Mr Hopmyer is interested in 1.483657M or 2.27% as well as options over 1M exercisable at 20p.

HHO. There will be trades tomorrow to take care of those instructions that missed the boat this session. Added with the new orders early in the morning. The price will rise until that little lot has been absorbed. My instincts tell me the price will settle mid morning.

HHO. Hello chan, I thought you had been quiet today. Get in tomorrow. There are still some shares left. I am sticking around. I have got some admin housekeeping to do. I am waiting on contract notes to be emailed by my broker. I want to make sure I am prepared for dealing tomorrow. I have also promissed myself to do some research I got a little side tracked today. All in a days work.
