DGM. thanks for your footprints here claybatch. I have been investing in DGM since soon after the DGM/IBnet tie up, paying for my shares at prices a lot less than todays prices, they were in Certificate form then, I have recently given up to my Broker the final IBnet Cert after recent sells, I am now holding on DGM Certs, I have recently increased my holding by 50%, this was pre your notes postings, because I have recognised a "sleeper" here. If I-Spire Ltd have increased their holding, the latest I had was 69M shares or 18.54% of ISC. If there has been an increase that is a clear sign of further stake building, if that is so, one of three things could happen to that steak. 1stly it could be used as a platform for a full Bid, if it is with DGM Board approval then the price offered will be low, provided it is made pre interims announcement, then the price will improve. If it turns Hostile, the sky is the limit. 2ndly this stake could be passed onto a third party, who's intentions are unknown. 3rdly, if the interims due September are poor, the holding could be sold in the market, this will undremine the current price. With all the single protected trades appearing in the trade types, I bought in. This is a cash cow company, A report when the price was 10.37p as the only listed Co that directly benefits from the rapidly growing online ad sector. I have found a sleeper here.
