For any one interested in the fortunes of this otherwise morribund stock now called regeneris. The share price is now trading at 82.5p mid up 5.5p so fae today.Thought I would just pass that info onto you as lse has not updated to a new thread yet.

Interim statement to 31st Dec will be announced 23rd June. Whilst turnover is expected to be within market expectations, after taking into account cost savings the bottom line will exceed expectations. With cash balances at 30th April being some £5Mns. This Co has a market cap of around £45Mns. The numbers to 31st December will pave the way for further upside and increased market expectations as all divisions appear to be firing on all cylinders.

Hi fourteenhundred, very easily done, as we become blind to fundamentals, there are favourite stocks that have had huge potential but never get the chance to shine for whatever reason, but as sure as sure, never fall in love unless that love can be returned, unfortunately stocks and shares can never return the love bestowed on them, so best not waste time falling in love with them as you will only end up disappointed.

BHP Billiton, after signing an agreement to develop heap leach technology some while back athe Nickel Laterite project NW Turkey, in the hope of finding a low cost technique that can be applied to future mines, BHP has farmed out this research and development to ENK which it knows and trusts, once the Forestry permit issues restraining production is resolved, then this should become a very interesting player on the nickel scene, but of late, the banana skin has been the falling of Nickel prices falling by 9% to £11/tonne, but should recover. My opinion is that buying ENK stock at recent levels could be well rewarded in time.

Analyst Ambrian has started to report on this stock, it has intitially "buy" appraised the stock to be valued around 15p/share.

Hi fourteenhundred. Yes I caught that thanks for the nod. A new generation has surfaced, get rich quick and a McDonalds attitude "I want it and I want it now" never mind the quality attitude has emerged. But they can have all the riches in the world and get it now if only there was a little more "patience". As they say with MMS et al patience is a virtue, and everything comes to those who wait, eventually.

A possible explanation for the lack of share buying, could be that a small unresearched majority of investors are of "herd" instinct and do not catch the early fresh watering hole goodies, as they are scared of venturing into unchartered territory, in that they may not buy into a stock at the ground floor but wait until it has reached the penthouse, recent examples TRP, BLNX, et al. Then quite a few pile in causing an already over inflated share price to be hyped up further, only to find the share price retreats to lower levels once common sense kicks in, and then the inquiry and accusations begins as to how it all went so badly wrong and then comes "I was in at this price" , "out at this" and the thread gets voided of all sensible Corporate enhancing or otherwise feedback.. We will certainly find out the "crack" here in the next few sessions. There is still time to research this stock, a starting point would be by just going back over the pervasive thread here.

What I am finding unusual here, is the fact that there is no takeover or substantial holdings premium in the share price, putting asside its prospects. I am finding it hard to believe that the Board are not on "takeover" alert and have not issued any form of statement regarding the sudden share price movement because it is normal practice for a Board to denounce any knowledge of the reasons behind a sudden sp hike, the Brokers must be asleep on the job and the PR department must be on holiday, but something does not look right in the current market valuation. Only another 5.9% holding by Firebird will trigger a mandatory offer, and I am expecting some announcement of some sort or a bid early next week. The credentials of Firebird and its Directors are impressive in this area, that is what they do, buy out undervalued and Companies which are ripe for expoitation. It would be a pity if loyal members get short changed here as a result of a derisory offer. Note well that Firebird is not the only institution with a substantial holding in MMS.

I am not convinced it is as simple as that. The "city" is far too sophisticated for that as there have been hundreds of actively traded aim stocks today. But if it is general market Friday apathy then that is it. My guess is that Firebird has been quietly accumulating stock "off book" and a few huge trades today may will be reported in the next sessions. What is for sure, the "city" has not come close to valuing MMS on true merits, still holding out for a possible Friday late story.

Not really bothered whether trades have been misreported. It is the lack of trades per se. When an individual of the calibre reported announces to the world that they have rapidly acquired over 24% of a Company that is valued at £6mns when JORc standard report indicates it is sitting on a 100% owned hole in the desert with allegedly a £Billions worth of Commodities and a willing and able world just waiting to absorb every ounce. Then there is something wrong.

There is something not quite right here. lse have not reported any trades since early afternoon, the share price has hardly flickered even though a thundering great 24% of the stock has been mopped up by a single individual. Billions of alleged commodities waiting to be mined, and a paltry £6mns market cap. Something is seriously skew wiff here. Would not be at all surprised if we do not get a "5pm story" released !!!!

That was quite a scare today to see the share price fall to £2.68 but held faith and price recovered almost all of day's loss. Some volatility here in the next hour's trading and future sessions.

6%-24% that is by how much Firebird have upped its stake recently, it has captured 21.9Mns of the issued shares. The share price is responding to this announcement. I would suspect Firebird will show its intentions soon regarding this strategic investment, a very opportunistic and shrewd move in my book.

Sell off still continuing, buyers still waiting in the wings for this stock to bottom out. There was a half chance here but fizzled out. Profits locked in and waiting to re-invest. The near 30% fall since "lock in profits" footprint, which I believe to be a tad overdone, most of the selling off appears to be bread and butter, but will a relatively small number of available shares and sustained sell trading will impact adversely on the share price, looking for any signs of change in sentiment towards this stock.

Oh dear. Looks like this Co is in need of some serious tlc. 2 down one in, that is the gist of two Directors leaving M Friend and I Nunn resign and Mr A Pinto joins the Board. Pre tax loss spirals to £2Mns+ and loss per share comes in at 1.94p from .8p. Some correction in the share price is inevitable. Just Maybe the institutional holders will show their hand and deal with the situation to the adsvantage of the members, maybe.

Korea, Japan and now the Chinese are homing on on Copper producers. Although it is cheaper for those countries to prospect as the labour costs are less, there is significant economies of scale to mop up existing well advanced players. CRC already has major institutional players on its share register, but should and one of the developing countries make them an offer they cannot refuse then we have increased shareholder value. CRC is a sitting duck in the takeover stakes. I think the share price fall has achieved its objective so now I would suspect some recovery.

I agree. What with the Koreans, Japanese and now the Chinese "sniffing" around this copper producer, the former two possibly taking a back seat in defference to the Chinese, it will not be long before ZRL is taken over. The prospects at Cheowa look very impressive.

Shares will be re-listed on ASX 2nd June. I will now leave this thread and leave the chat and footprints to the "newbies" who will offer up better informed opinion. All the best here.

The deal is worth around £194Mns (A$400Mns).
