I drink a lot of water. That makes it necessary to get up during the night. But, before I go to bed, I always have my screen on and loaded to a few overseas stocks and the futures markets, so when I wake to relieve myself I take a peek at TRMR, futures, etc.

It appears we're talking about two different things. I am talking about getting off the AIM and listing on the Nasdaq, or any exchange with a decent reputation. I am not so sure that we'd need to do an IPO to achieve this as you so absolutely stated we would. I could be wrong, but making inferences is certainly not proof.

To anyone who cares; look at the genesis of this entire thread. If things go as they did for blinkx, offering TRMR as an ADS or ADR will be a total joke. If it goes as it did for blinkx, it'll be a complete waste of time, as is this entire academic conversation. The underlying problem is the AIM listing.

BTW: I called Stifel's main office a while back and asked about TRMR. They had no idea what I was asking about. Another anecdotal instance, but of a different experience. I mentioned this here at that time.

Things going well over here. Selling lots of properties in my Idaho project, which is something I've been working on for over 25 years. As my neighbor said when I told him it was supposed to be an 8 year deal that's taken over 25: "we wouldn't want to rush things", He said that a few months ago, and I've been chuckling about it ever since.

About the ADS / ADR. I can't say for sure, but if it's like last time it won't matter much. Getting off the AIM is what I've been harping about since the blinkx days, and from what little I've read, this will not get us off the AIM.

Notes on logical thinking: I don't know why they'd call it an "IPO". What does the "I" stand for in IPO? If it's already a public company...

I suppose somebody will argue that it's an initial offering on a different exchange, but I am pretty sure that's not necessary to actually switch exchanges. And, to be honest, I don't care enough to look into it any further. I've enough on my plate to just sit back, pay attention to results, and let the story unfold.

blinkx offered an ADR via Citi many years ago

It was a dismal failure. It didn't work one iota towards gaining liquidity, price discovery, or interest in the company's stock with US investors

I was one of the few suckers who bought shares in the ADR. I only nibbled a tiny bit, just to see how well they worked. They didn't.

I finally liquidated them about a year or so ago.

There already is an OTC version of TRMR. TRMR trades on the worst of our OTC markets, the pink sheets. TTTPF is the symbol. It's a horrible way to try to buy or sell this one. Almost zero price discovery, and extremely poor liquidity.

CTV numbers look healthy:

Net Revenues generated from CTV increased by 164% in the full year when compared to 2019. In addition, our growth within Tremor's programmatic activities, Self-serve and Private Marketplaces, delivered increases of 415% and 1,637% respectively in the full year 2020.

2019 CTV : $14.0 million

2020 CTV: $36.8 million

We're making progress, but this has only just begun.

I am happy to say that, after 25 years, 6 months and 8 days (but who's counting?), this has also become an overnight success. We got final plat approval last Tuesday, and we've already closed (final sales) on 4 lots within the first week. We have another 14 lots (plots in Spain, I don't know what you call homesites in the UK) under contract, and another 10-12 under reservation. This is the first of four phases. For the first time in over 25 years the Money is coming in instead of going out. Long may that continue. (205 home sites in total, 46 in phase one.)

This has been a nightmare. Getting better now, finally.

SW: I love the kennel as it now stands. I built my houses in 1988-89, and it's still perfect for me.

Ricky: I have central heat, both a heat pump and a backup gas furnace. What I do not have, and needed badly this winter, was a massive generator; one big enough to power the entire house.

That's what I am gonna get. For sure.

But, until the eggs are hatched, I fear jinxing myself by thinking too broadly. The truth is, I really like to collect certain things, chief among them Money.

I want to die with a huge pile of Money, so I can donate almost all of it to the Oregon Humane Society, some to Wounded Warriors. and maybe give a tiny bit to relatives. Maybe on the last one.
