The focus of my complaint was the fact that mgt. failed to discuss the sequential decline, whatever the reason, and that leads me to trust them less.

Also, while all companies noticed a bit of decline due to delta variant and especially supply chain issues in Auto and also travel and entertainment, not all suffered a sequential decline in CTV.

We are all hoping they're sandbagging the performance for CTV in Q4's guidance...PERI are serial sandbaggers. UPOD.

It was incredible that the analysts didn't ask about that. I could not agree with you more.

But they actually weren't flat, they were down by 4.8%.

Until these guys prove my concerns wrong, and they can only do that by outperforming peers in this sector, I will no longer trust management.

The same goes for the Board. The manner in which they allotted the compensation packages, with no payment for options as they do in the states, I find it impossible to believe they're operating with the best long term interests of the shareholders.

Even if mgt. totally sucks and the share price drops to half what it now is, if mgt. manages to show up, drunk, stoned or sober, and manage to hang onto their jobs with a litany of excuses for the poor performance, they'll still walk away with a lot of Money for a job poorly done.

I am guilty of not paying attention closely to what's transpired since mid-June. And that's all I'll admit to.

I was talking about those exact points before we announced results. Once results were issued I also made the comment that 'I hope they were talking a page out of PERI's playbook'. Those were close to my exact words.

Here I am talking about the fact that mgt. did not mention a word about the sequential decline from Q2 to Q3 in CTV. That's on them. Totally. That's not at all a good look.

My involvement in this discussion is about the RSU and PSU allotments noticed to the SEC on 12 July, 2021.

Are any of you telling me these actual and exact amounts of RSU and PSU grants were talked about here? If they were, I somehow missed the discussion.

If somebody would have pointed out that this amounts to over 67,000,000 effing USD to the three top execs, I am pretty darn sure I would have taken notice of that fact. I do not recall it ever being mentioned.

No...Radium, thank you very much for opening this discussion yesterday. Until last night I was ignorant of the size of the RSU and PSU allotment, and that's on me. But it's better late than never.

What got me going on all of this was the failure by mgt. to talk about the sequential decline in CTV from Q2 to Q3. If they hide this from us, also known to me as lying through omission, then what else are they hiding from me / us? This piqued my curiosity, and I made the time to check into it for myself.

I shall wait to hear from management, and at that time make a better informed decision.

I knew of the announcement made on 30 April, but was not aware of the outrageous amount of the granted RSUs and PSUs.

I do not recall anyone on this board talking about the size of the comp package until the finnCap report came out and you (or somebody) were talking about it here. This is why I looked into it yesterday and last night.

I am totally at fault for my own negligence in this matter. I got lazy. I have too many positions to do justice to the real act of due diligence, also my fault.

Our cemeteries / graveyards are full of them.

Thanks very much. Those are both good email addresses. I do, however, have issues with my ISP from time to time. They're called Centurytel, part of CenturyLink, but we call them "Centuryhell".

Since the ADR units became available, I put $432,570 US into them to buy 23,000 ADR units. This, to me, is a fair bit of Money. I have other places to put my Money, and I am looking to lighten up on any moves up.

Being an uninformed investor in this matter is entirely my fault. This is another lesson learned. One of what seems like hundreds over the past 4.5 decades of investing.

Do you guys recall when Taptica bought R1, a few days after it closed they came out with a statement saying something to the effect that after they looked deeper into the books, they realized the performance of R1 was not nearly what they thought it would be, and then lowered expectations.

If memory serves, this was within the first week.

I thought at the time Tap mgt. didn't do the proper due diligence, but since I was the beneficiary of their negligence, I didn't mind.

The entire sector is up massively. Only a total moron can't make Money in a market / sector like the one we're in.

As much as I hate to admit this, Qwertyii has a point.
