More like we just paid a fortune to buy what we were told are world class players, players that have only played in the minor leagues, but promise to take us to the big leagues and win.
They messed up by paying too much for a pig in a poke known as R1. That was inexcusable when you think about it. It was a total minor league, amateur hour move. But, as I said below, I didn't mind because I was the beneficiary of their lack of due diligence.

Ha...I just wanted to look to see where this old saying came from. Seems to me it may be "Scoooootish". Never could understand them when they spoke to me, especially in the pub.
