He talked about selling as per SEC rules, but didn't answer my question about what performance metrics must be met for the PSUs, and how do they feel justified with such a "generous" comp package considering the size of the company. I didn't think for one second they'd address that one of my two questions, but I did want them to realize it's being asked.

They should have given us a lot more time during the question and "answer" session. The first half hour was the same krap we've all watched during the conference call presentation.

Sure, these sales are "non-discretionary", but given the fact that they'll simply be awarded more shares (actually massive amounts of shares), via a compliant board and compensation committee, does it matter?

Execs at the top selling from time to time never bothered me, you never heard me say a word about it in the past, but these guys are effing pigs and we're paying the price.

Excuse me, but PERI 2021 projected net revenues vs TRMR 2021 projected net revenue is $184 million mid point for PERI vs $298.4 million for TRMR, so closer to 61.66%.

Regardless, the amount we're paying the executive pigs at TRMR is astonishing relative to the size of the company and what they're returned to shareholders.

Perion is a smaller company, about 2/3 the size of TRMR, but it's growing rapidly and extremely well run. These guys are great stewards of the balance sheet.

TTD almost 4X our size in terms of net revenue. They're massively profitable. But their market cap is $44 billion to our $1.4 billion. EV is 43.5 billion to our $1.14 billion. Seems way out of perspective to me as well.

Here's where I see a possible problem: Our guidance called for only 16% YoY revenue growth, and CTV finnCap guidance was totally lame considering our low base.

TTD projected 21.5% Q4 YoY revenue growth, from a much larger base ($320 million Q4 2020 to $388 million Q4 2021).

The comp package is a total insult to all shareholders, especially considering the size of the company. Effing pigs are running our company. The board and comp committee are a bunch of suck-up worthless kvnts.

I also sent an email to IR asking questions about the comp package. I will keep asking until answered, and once answered I have follow-up questions which I will then ask until answered.

Considering Q4 is by far the biggest in the advertising universe, and we achieved $21 million in CTV during Q2, I find the 'record breaking' $23 million for Q4 CTV to be rather lame. I realize the Alphonso problems are reflected, but still, I have to admit to being disappointed in those numbers. Nobody cares if I am or am not disappointed but me, but I'm willing to bet I'm not alone.

I suppose I should be happy with sequential increase of 15% from Q3 to Q4, but it is from a fairly small base of $20 million.

Good questions, especially the last one.

For some strange reason I thought they guided CTV revenues to be $23 million this quarter (Q4). I went back and took a quick look, and it was discussed here as 'record breaking' at $23 million. I don't have time to spend on this for the next few days...was this my imagination? The fact that we discussed it here is most certainly not my imagination, and I thought it was part of the presentation, but can't find it now.

Thanks much for setting me straight with the actual posts discussing the matter. Actually, it was only one post that spelled out the obscene remuneration package granted by the suck up board and compensation committee to our overpaid pig of a CEO. Didn't mention our obscenely overpaid COO and CFO, but that's now brought to light.

This is total BS. They don't have to do a lot to collect millions. Unbelievable. The way the compensation package is structured does not align with the interests of the owners of the company, which are the shareholders, and that is us.

I actually met up with a couple of them (from another blinkx site) in Spain many years ago. Not the ADVFN site, but another one, where "Fullofit" (Sobeit) used to post.

Dude, wake up. While the CTV sequential decline is a bit concerning, it's essentially not what we're talking about.

We're talking about the fact that the overpaid management and the overpaid suck-up analysts didn't mention it, to the point mgt. removed that slide from the Q2 presentation deck in the Q3 presentation deck.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. I want transparency in management of companies in which I own stock.

More like we just paid a fortune to buy what we were told are world class players, players that have only played in the minor leagues, but promise to take us to the big leagues and win.

They messed up by paying too much for a pig in a poke known as R1. That was inexcusable when you think about it. It was a total minor league, amateur hour move. But, as I said below, I didn't mind because I was the beneficiary of their lack of due diligence.
