With a closing price of 590p for the common, the ADR units should be trading at around $15.79.

In case I was not clear below.

The reported dates are mid-month and end of month. The dates the information are (is?) disseminated follow by around 9 days.

It comes out twice monthly. This is the total number of shorts that go home short at the end of the day on the day it's reported. Always mid-month and end of month.

For some reason it takes over a week to publish the information, and it comes out after 16:00hr east coast time.

I will be very interested to see the trend from the last few reporting sessions. Note, there is only one dissemination date in the entire year that has reports from two different days. Of course that's the short interest as of this past November 15. One of the dates from which they get their information was the day before we released earnings, so it will not be accurate. Figures.

The short sale volume percent (not short interest) for stock ticker TRMR is 45% on Nov 22, 2021. The short sale volume is 335,519. The total volume is 747,110. The short sale volume percent is down -7% compare to Nov 19, 2021.

This company, and this company's stock, is getting no respect.

Flying, BTW: the ultimate FO will be when I die. I am leaving most of my Money to three (so far) charities. I told my family, and they laughed then told me to FO.

They really did not care. Which is what I expected. So I guess the finale will not be that much of a FO after all. At least not for them. But there are others...eff em.

The second paragraph: More like 90% are slaves to something, freedom being one of them. Bad marriages, bad jobs, alcohol, drugs, bad choices made throughout life. I have enough problems of my own to worry about theirs. For example, the incredible hot spell we had this summer ruined a big part of the Brussels sprout crop, and I need to find some nice ones for Thanksgiving dinner, On top of that, we've had so much rain lately the fields are really muddy. I suppose it could be worse.

Note: Being the greedy American I am (and I am, I admit), it looks like my totally opportunistic GTC limit orders at 14.97and 14.67 will not fill. At least not today. That's a bit of a relief. I need more TRMR like I need a hole in my head.

Also, I pray to Money we do not get taken private. I'd be stuck paying the government I hate a ton in short term capital gains taxes, the worst and most pecuniarily damaging of cap gains taxes. Never mind all the shares I've owned longer than a year in London at a rather low purchase price. I'd much rather see a tax deferred takeover / merger. But we'll get what we'll get, if anything along those lines, and we won't have much of anything to say about it.

You're "Sooooottish", eh? I've met a number of Scots . I swear, I have a really hard time understanding them. It was remarkable. We got along very well over several pints, then we understood each other, no problem.

Flying on an airline I had a Scottish flight attendant or two. Couldn't understand them either.

This is truly the case of two countries separated by a common language. Oh, and my Welsh pal, one of my closest friends, says he can't understand Scots either. Oh well.

I am an American. I love Money to a fault. After all the time and Money I've in this, anything short of a "big payday" will be disappointing.

I am well above water with TRMR, even at these levels. Regardless, I would rather see this play out the way I believe it'll play out over the next few to several years. I am not looking for the quick hit.

The article says they signed a non-disclosure with a US based PE firm. TRMR would not comment. I've no idea if this true or not, but it makes a bit of sense that they'd been approached, and would entertain the notion, given the nauseatingly obscene comp packages the top execs awarded themselves, with the help of a complaint board and comp committee.

I only started to follow short volume and interest closely for TRMR last week, after I noticed some seriously strange price action of the ADRs vs the common after the common closed in London.

I own all of the ones you mentioned, and I am getting my head handed to me. PERI short volume about 24% for the past 5 days. TRMR is in the 40s.

These are solid companies in a great sector executing very well. I (we) just gotta hang on.

We've been open for two short hours, and our volume so far today is 5 times the average daily volume for the trailing three months.

I don't know, but with this setup, it appears anything is possible.

I'll be interested to see the short volume for today, and the short interest which will be published at the end of biz (NY Time) on Wednesday. Short interest is only published twice per month.
