Good grief...the ADR units just hit another all time low of $14.47.

Such a shame the price of the share's used for compensation of upper management are going down. I think we need to give Ofer, Sagi, and Yaniv another big pile of our cash in lieu of those shares which keep dropping in value.

We're being pounded by the shorts.

The price of the ADR units should be $14.90 when converted from the common shares at 560p.

Now trading at $14.61.

Oinkers at the top better execute, or the shorts will have a field day after the next earnings report.

Yes, that is difficult for me to wrap my head around. The board obviously promoted it to the major institutional shareholders. If memory serves, there was a large amount of dissenting votes.

I totally believe they slipped the wool over our eyes on this one...but realize it's entirely my fault for not paying attention. It was my fault for believing the board and senior management would look out for our interests as well as the best interests of the health of the company. Senior management was looking out for Senior Management. Let's hope the parasite doesn't kill the host.

The NASDAQ IPO was bust. The market is showing us zero respect, as did senior management with their obscene pay packages.

Pre market and post market trading is pretty much the same as regular trading hours (RTH or outside RTH), but there is a huge difference in liquidity.

The bid and ask are simply that, somebody bidding for a stock at a certain price vs somebody asking for a price for shares of the stock they own. It can be dangerous to trade outside RTH, but it can work in one's favor as well. The key is less liquidity and less price discovery. I have filled almost all my TRMR ADR units outside our RTH (USA) by placing good till cancelled bids at a price at which I was willing to pay. It worked out short term, but long term I am way under water with the TRMR ADR units. All but 2,000 of my ADR units are under water, but that's not due to a short term trading eff up by me. I am not a trader, and I am convinced my holdings in both the common and ADR units will pay off. Too bad most of the rest of the market isn't convinced...fingers crossed that changes.

It's all up to our overpaid pigs that run TRMR to execute. These guys truly put the cart before the horse in the obscene compensation packages they awarded themselves long before the earned it. Obviously this rubs me the wrong way. The lack of respect they showed the owners of the company, which are the shareholders, still angers me.

I just became a bit less solvent and, in my not so humble opinion, TRMR price remains irrational.

I had a couple GTC limit orders for 500 ADR units placed at $14.97 and $14.77. I did not expect they'd fill, but I'm not surprised they did, if that makes sense.

I don't know about the big boys, one of which I am most certainly not, and I am not a 'professional stock trader', but a small private investor. I already have more than enough TRMR, but could not pass up what I believe to be stock in a company I like on sale down here, so I added a bit more today.

As has been mentioned here a few times, I am in the camp that strongly believes the only way to really shake the shorts off TRMR is if our totally overpaid executives execute. These are the same executives who arrogantly (and insultingly) devised a compensation package for themselves that they've yet come close to earning. Seems to me these guys counted their chickens before they hatched.

Please, Ofer, Sagi, Yaniv, et al., prove your worth and prove me wrong.

Funny how we all love to listen to them when they tell us what we want to hear. I am guilty as charge...but I tend to roll my eyes and say 'wake up, Dawg...we'll see how accurate they are in a year's time'. Regardless, I pray to Money they know something the market doesn't.

Both yesterday and today. This was reflected in the price action of the ADR units; they maintained some semblance of normalcy after the close in London.

The short sale volume percent (not short interest) for stock ticker TRMR is 28% on Nov 24, 2021. The short sale volume is 34,133. The total volume is 120,186. The short sale volume percent is down -3% compare to Nov 23, 2021.

That's ADR units.

It's up 59% since 29 October, the last date it was reported prior to 15 November. The total number of shares short at the end of the day on 15 November was 364,363 shares, so there's not a lot of conviction since this is out of 8 million ADR units.

Note, these numbers are one day prior to earnings, so they don't mean jack when taken into the context of the discussion over the past week.

So why did I post the above? Beats the hell out of me. It'll be a lot more interesting to see the next set of numbers, that's for sure.

But I'll bore the board just the same. (I find it interesting, but I am sure that'll wane quickly enough.)

At a closing price of 596p, the conversion to the ADRs is $15.884 at the current exchange rate.

When the markets closed in London, the ADR units were trading bid 15.87 X ask 15.92, so pretty much exactly where they should be.

We are closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving. This is typically a very low volume day in the States. Let's see if the shorts will be opportunistic and try to pound this down over the next 3+ hours.

I cannot help but notice, pretty much each and every day, how well behaved the ADR units are during your market hours.

Anything can happen after the close of trading in London, as noticed here several times over the past week.

That, my friend, is a true American sickness. Shakespeare had it right when it comes to lawyers. They promote the heck out of suing people, telling the supposed "victims" they've been wronged, and they can make it right, all the while lining their pockets.

Note, the price of the ADR units behaved themselves in a much more civil manner today (23 November), and that was reflected by the smaller percentage of shorts vs. ethical people.

While the short pounding of the ADR units is occurring on the NASDAQ in the USA, we do not know who is doing it. My bet would be it's not originating from US firms, but firms in the UK, or perhaps a fund/firm located in Western Asia / Middle East, or maybe the Caymans.

The reality is, I've not a clue, just a hunch.

No pun intended, but as I am sure you're aware, "pooch" is slang for a dog.

Hadn't thought about Ofer screwing this pooch...not my area of interest.

Unless Ofer et al. really screw the pooch on execution, I believe we'll win this fight, hands down. The fundamentals are on our side, and that's what matters in the end.

Literally every single share I've bought of the ADR units are now under water. If I didn't have so much, knowing what I know about this company, even with the pigs at the top screwing us via their massive comp plans, I'd be buying hand over fist at these levels.

Market timing is obviously not my forte...but I am pretty sure I'll be fine with TRMR.
