IMO, one of the main reasons why we as UJO shareholders are not getting regular updates, is that Rathlin BOD are not very forthcoming with the local authority. This is what is holding up the process. Also, there are only 3 oil rigs in the country that can drill this hole and 2 are in permanent use. The other is being maintained, with no date for completion yet.
