Good info, but does this mean there's a chance of getting any of our investback ?
Appreciate the link Mwalimu !
A very honest post, you know how long I've been here, how much I have invested and at what price in my main holding. I have 300,000 in an ISA too which I was gonna "play with", a promise I made to myself that if the ISA holding made 50% I would sell and play any drops. I almost pressed the button myself this morning on that holding as it was sitting at 70% yesterday.
Decided against as i just think its too good an opportunity.
I hope you your'e not beating yerself up, and you make it all back !
Good luck.
There you go, good post from Broker Analyst and just shows the scale of the operation. Great pics, I'm very surprised Dj sold but each to their own and good luck Dj.
I'm here for another few years yet, you bet I am !!
I look on GRL as an investment. I am holding this for the long term gain. Under the market rules the company are obliged to publish financially sensitive information pretty much as soon as they have it. Good or bad. If you have done your research here you will know that very shortly this will be a huge money earner. If you have read the messages from Emma she responded to at the AGM, and posted here, you will see that things have been delayed, but she has promised to report very shortly. This is not a company with massive debt, and neither does it have significant technical issues to overcome before it can finally produce gold. But it does have location as an issue, and Emma has written it very clearly that this is the reason for the delays.
If any of you feel that investment in this company should give a smooth and easy ride, you are invested in the wrong company. It is Africa and it is AIM. If any of you have bought shares for short term gain, and are upset by the lack of daily reports, you have bought into the wrong company. But if you have INVESTED here, because it is a little "spicy", is in a higher risk location with an appropriate discount , but it is run with minimum staffing (till they have cash flow - and I applaud that), but it has lousy PR (like many miners they are lousy self-publicists, but Emma has said they are intending changing that when they have the funds), you should be happy that it should be turning the corner very shortly into production, so buy, sit back, relax, for there is nothing you can do (aside sell), and wait for the take off day. But above all, please do not whinge, for that will not change anything here. Everything is in place for GRL to be a real big cash earner, and I am personally looking forward to this very much indeed.
That was posted yesterday by someone... "Right On" Hope ypou dont mind me pasting it again mate, but it absolutely nails the situation.
This isn't the RNS wew were expecting but its not the wotrst either, we have dropped 7% at the moment which isn't great either, I'll certainly lose no sleep over 7% if it holds, and come on, how bad could it have been, It's nothing !
Mining and producing gold doesn't happen overnight, even more so in Africa. All the doubters relax, its coming. They didn't get this far on lies and fabrication, the gold is coming !!
Not the one we were hoping for, no gold pour til ?? Very disappointed but am obviously sticking with this as it will come.
Its gonna take a while to set our own facility up i think, big drop in SP today im afraid but as was eluded to yesterday, this is a long term investment for most here and this hiccup shouldn't worry anyone. Gold is still there, only time frames have changed.
Strong buy on the drop !!
Gold, afraid youre flogging a dead horse trying to converse with Smithy. He's been spewing the same old shyte since April 2020, absolutely nothing changes. "SP will be £2 by Christmas"....... "No overseas holidays this year"......."No overseas holidays next year".
I holidayed in Valencia last summer and I've just got back from 3 weeks at my place there at the weekend, and as you say Gold, no hassle at all, airport's were easy, fluid and the airline was efficient, probably more so !
You were wrong on one count though, Smithy hasn't been anywhere ....ever.
Exploration, applying for licences, waiting for licences, commissioning plant and machinery, hiring and training staff, opening and building up the mine and outbuildings, leach pads, bunds, mining ore, etc etc etc.
When you invested, did you think this was gonna take a few weeks ?
"awaiting the final inspection by the Minerals Commission before gold processing can commence."
Theres the reason we are waiting, I thought this was all taken care of but its insignificant in the grand scheme.
Not long now.
