After the sharp rise yesterday, I was expecting a bigger claw back by the MM today.
Shows that this share is strong at this present time.

Just searched sharepad forevefallin and it looks really good.
A bit expensive for a small timer like me though.

Why is that any concern of yours?
I have poured money into this share but I wouldn't dream of blaming anyone for doing so. Nobody told me to do it. I looked at the pros and cons and the pros won.
If I lose money then it will be my fault, nobody elses.
I'm struggling to see what your aim is here.

PS I've just sold my entire holding because you are right - investing in shares is risky.

Would have been better written as 'Avacta are in the final stages of completing a saliva based test' rather than working on.

I totally agree. When the test is broadcast as complete, this should be massive news.
My concern is that it will be mainly ignored by the UK media for some reason - they can be selective and bias on what they report. The UK government might not mention this also because the ones with the cheque book seem to be wasting the money from the open pot on stuff that is not so good or important. Don't get me wrong, the UK media and government would be foolish to ignore such a scientific wonder.

Furthermore, I'd rather sit on a plane with people that were tested to see if they HAVE the virus just prior to boarding than with people that were tested to see if they've HAD the virus in the past. Again, surely the UK media and government wouldn't be that foolish to ignore such a test by Avacta / Cytiva.

I'm more confident that the US government will jump all over this when it is ready. How many times have you heard Trump say "America first" or "we want to buy American goods first". Trump needs brownie points fast and when the Avacta / Cytiva / Adeptrix products are ready, I'm sure he'll jump all over this. If he does then the UK press and UK government will surely have to follow suit, especially with Avacta being a British biotech outfit.
