Just popped out for a couple of hours with the child.

Sri Lanka is in lockdown for another week = this week.
You have got to give the BOD the benefit of the doubt for this week.
Hoping for no longer than the end of next week unless the lockdown is extended.
However, anytime in September will do for me. The EIA approval and drill results are the most important thing for me.
The priority for Sri Lanka at the moment is to save lives. Like someone has already pointed out - meetings via zoom are ongoing.

FYI - I am no longer an outsider looking in.

When I read this morning's RNS, I was thinking along the same lines.
"I would not be surprised if the bidder said it is willing to offer more if a JORC done, so you cant blame the bOD for doing that".

A normal investor who is nervous that the sale is far from being nailed on, would hold what they already have in EUA and invest in another company or hold the cash for a while.
