Correct at least 5% require the circulation of a written resolution to shareholders (in private companies); and require the passing of a resolution at an annual general meeting (AGM) of a public company. Also bd, if u don’t get the 2.5% extra required within A certain timeframe leave enough time to organise for smaller holders to make up the difference should you so require/desire?
What would u define as large shareholders bd. Only prob is it u define large as say over x amount, we are more than likely to be well short of enough for egm. Would prob need a fair few hundred small holders votes imo
From this point until next agm or until monetisation of Tanzania Solo will not make any additional purchases in new investments or increase percentages of existing investments via share dilution. From this point until next agm or monetisation or Tanzania assets any share placing required to continue funding of existing investments will be undertaken firstly by an open offer to existing shareholders with a minimum period of xxx in advance. If the required total sought is not met by the open offer solo is able to peruse other methods for the remaining capital. Obviously tidy that up a bit (going through an airport) I would still rather have him removed but hopefully that will lock him down. Will be voting via my broker on all issues unfortunately sold a whack of my shares a while back but I have a fair amount to invest at the moment but unwilling to do so here until either nr is fully handcuffed (wahhaaayy) or removed

40m and the riddler will shake imo
Pushback on the drill though, general consensus was around july. Now looking likely to be close to end of year. I think we are being seiged/squeezed by zubs to try buy us out before drill at lower price imo

Exactly vike, regarding the loan structure and other potential payments this year. I wouldn’t be at all suprised for a fund raise prior to nt3 rather than the loan drawdown. Though it would be brilliant for shareholders if they could use the drawdown for the drill and a dilution after for less impact on sp
Do u think maybe they are beginning to take action now to bring it in house as statoil have been rumoured to be sniffing about? My feeling was it was always their intention to do this and they were dragging their feet/biding time to excaberate solo and aex cash issues
Thanks muchly, just hypothesising, what about some sort of partnership for the drill rig etc rather than a takeout
Ohhhh do statoil have anything within east Africa currently?
