Not a different test. The brain tickler description was a myth from people who hadn't a clue about the Innova test. It's still very much a 1st generation test and looking forward to avacta's far more accurate lfd
An RNS this morning would have indicated the SP rise was on the back of a leak. While the rise has obviously been great so far, I think this has been on the back of recent presentations where we now have a wider audience appreciating the great
potential of the company
Stokey in relation to your post at 5:17 which was in relation to Jimiam post at 23:33 i'm not sure why you are trying to engage with Jimiam. I think it's best just to report these nonsense posts. I have reported his post as either a child like attempt to ramp or disclosing inside information. Based on current form it's unlikely to be the latter :)
A couple of points here. UBS Zurich are not listed as significant shareholders on the PHE website and even if they were it would most likely to be private individuals who have bought their shares through USB Zurich. In the same way that Hargreaves Lansdown are shown as the largest investors on the website when they obviously have not invested themselves in PHE.
Did seem a bit odd having the guess the £1 date while we haven't maintained the 30p milestone. However seeing FM's interview am more confident than ever that we are due another rerate - 12/07/2019 £100/£200. GLA
Happily donated more than my original pledge. Seen talk of celebration parties at other aim shares when seemingly unreachable targets are given but never achieved - but we did it! Massive thanks for positive vibes from the BB and keeping me in this when I was losing thousands - especially Corbs and BBN
Piltick - if we were focusing on all waste he would criticise that as well as unfortunately his only reason for being on here is to criticise. If we had 10 sales he would criticise that it should have been 50. Either he has lost a shedload of money on PHE or has been shafted by someone connected to the company - sad to focus on negatives.
Pom - not sure if it's just me, but getting a slight impression that you have lost faith in PHE. I'm sure you'll feel much better to try and look at other shares where you have the potential to get some return and are far less volatile than PHE. May I suggest a low fee tracker could be good for you or if you have a reasonable amount to invest you would probably feel happier with a portfolio of tracker funds to spread your risk. You can take this advice for free and good luck in your investments.
Thanks for the confirmation! My reasoning was that presumably this offer is not at top dollar (why would you) and they hope to get the company for a relative steal. This price just seems to put a rock bottom valuation on the company and we now have the potential for counter-offer. GLA
Apart from the possibility that this deal will not go through at all, what is the downside of buying now at the full ask? Surely the offer has to be at least 2.9p? Seems too good to be true!
My broker's deadline for this is next Wednesday so either by then the SP will be down and obviously would not subscribe or the SP is at or above 17p when I would take the offer. With the SP as it is now I cannot understand why people are taking this offer now. Not sure if I'm missing something here as to why pay 17p for a share now rather than 16.25p?
Great news from today's rns - interest building up here. Van Eck have bought 11M shares @ 18.5 yet you or I can buy @16.75 now and the placing is @17? Looks a fantastic opportunity at this price or am I missing something?
Why there is so little trading/interest in this company. This is my 2nd investment in Amara and I came in again after last weeks news. Had that news been about MARL or SOLG etc the boards would have been going crazy with excitement and dealing would have reflected that. Just get the feeling that this is a bit of a backwater but I cannot understand why. Is it just confirmation that the majority on BB's invest with the herd instead of looking at fundamentals? I'm not moaning as I'm happy with the way this SP/Company is going - GLA
