You can’t play that card as you’ve taken every Lunn RNS as correct information.

I believe that there was evidence posted on this forum in relation to Spinks and Landkom which puts Him in prospective. Everyone makes mistakes in my opinion

The only thing Spinks is doing is moving the goalposts in my opinion. Share is still suspended and seems further away than ever from retrading.

I completely agree with you! Major mistakes have been made but that still doesn’t give Lunn and Spinks to do as they please. They have had plenty of opportunity to correct the wrongs from previous management.

Tom Evans took the share price from less than a penny to 11-12p. Company Sec who dies and has sole access to PPP funds and owns millions of shares through a New Zealand vehicle/loop hole, then has his will written and witness by some new PPP players Lunn and Carrick. That’s when the landscape changed and never recovered.

It’s a public document which I took time out to have a little read.

Interesting the 2 signatures on that document and the part they’ve played in PPP since. Maybe that could be an issue with FCA or anyone with a decent morale compass.

Is Blomqvist an activist? What if he actually invested the 6million?? Does he have a right to ask the question to the courts? So many questions but no doubt will only hear from the company via RNS if they deem they’ve been successful

Grand Chief was added to the board of directors on 17th April 2026, yet he still hasn’t been filled with Companies House. Same for the Copper Jones.

Most other appointment have been ratified a week later via companies house. I think we can now guess what that little move was all about or the board in fact aren’t working as tirelessly as we are lead to believe. Simple admin really

Zag I’ve probably said it a million times, I want the option to trade my shares so I can leave this stock asap. I’m tired and financially exhausted by the loss of £22.5k for over 2 years. I have also stated I have zero trust in Lunn and his associates. I feel I’m valid to have come to that conclusion and will continue to vent accordingly

I get the feeling this RNS has been used for what’s coming next. It’s such a nothing RNS in context of returning to trading and didn’t even award the company costs which they were fighting for. Embarrassing and slightly worrying seen how much money they have thrown at it.

Remember how they RNS’d the price of Jesse Whites shares in 2023 as 2.2p then the very next RNS was for a CLN at said price. This has the hallmarks of a spiteful RNS incoming soon.

I think we all know I am a shareholder Zag who actually attends meetings aswell. Hence my distain for Lunn after meeting the independent asset manager for Petroquest in the first PPP general meeting Lunn held. Very tricky to trust a guy like that who then passes the baton on to RMD.

Interesting that RMD are to busy putting more Charges against PPP, they are forgetting to update shareholders in relation to retrading. Wakey Wakey fellow shareholders

The question I ask myself is, what Texas ever alive in the first place?

By the boards own admission there were plenty of moving parts in Texas. I’d really hope the board don’t u-turn on the Texas wells being active by the end of the month. This board doesn’t announce information to the market via RNS without full due diligence being carried out. (Believe Spinks said that somewhere in his hours of shareholder call waffle)

If they do u-turn on the activity of the wells then it just looks like an elaborate ploy to gain votes in the recent AGM. In my opinion. Very similar to the pump and dump of the Ukraine assets prior to the previous AGM last year

Personally I’d take Lunn back as Chairman and the GEM deal which was on more favourable terms. Least Lunn was saying only the accounts needed auditing before a return to trading. RMD seem to have fabricated legacy issues, which no shareholder has been properly informed of. BRING BACK LUNN AND HIS SIDEKICK CARRICK . Just my personal opinion
