So Zag are you saying the Texas RNS about leases and production wasn’t necessary as we first need to hear back from Spark???? I would agree but the BOD like to buy votes before AGM’s. So now they have dangled the carrot about Texas and oil production they need to follow through and update the market on the promises they were offering pre AGM

In my opinion the BOD will no doubt post that Texas has been delayed due to the Globalvision court case, after Zag kindly informed them. The problem lies there, that the update on Texas was due well before that. Spinks being buying votes as Texas was a clear strategy pre AGM. RNS required asap

Lunn has been assisting Spinks in previous communications. Lunn has everything to do with this company as he was given the keys to the kingdom with a certain will

Shareholders absolutely played into gifting Lunn and RMD control. Anyone remember when Spinks didn’t want to buy votes with the good news he was going to deliver way back last year. Did he announce it and I missed it? Shocking state of affairs and to still have no timeline to retrading is unacceptable

Someone must be guilty, they can’t all be telling the truth?! So the copper Jones is now on board and had been working on behalf of the company prior to his directorship. When is he going to start bringing cases against said individuals? I’m surprised it’s yet to happen as many on this forum that know all the facts from RNS’s state it’s “clear cut”.

You incapable of reading the court papers lodged in Texas?? Paints an interesting picture and depending on the outcome. Globalvision claims made, contradict a lot of what we’ve been told via RNS. Suggest you watch how that plays out.

I believe a lot of shareholders voted in favour of the board after the announcement of work being carried out in Texas and we were led to believe oil production was on the horizon. Now a month of no updates, incredibly disappointing but Unfortunately predictable.

Doesn’t work like that mate, unless you are an RMD guy then would make perfect sense. All shareholders have invested here for Texas Oil and some have paid a heavy price. RMD don’t just get to wash there hands with it and hopefully this new director Jones hasn’t got his blinkers on and checking all avenues
