APT intends to issue a tender for the following Civil Works, Roads and Well Site Construction to

support the oilfield operations in and around Mtwara:

• Construction of well pad and access road.

• Ntorya-1 (NT-1): Rehabilitation of the site and prepare for a well intervention program.

• Ntorya-2 (NT-2): Rehabilitation of the site and prepare for a well test Ntorya-3 (NT-3):

I still believe in my original and re- investment decisions... it is hard sometimes to 'keep the faith' while things grind on at a glacial rate with seemingly nothing overtly happening. But I'm sure behind the scenes, words are being spoken and actions hoverer slow are being taken...gotta hope eh?

I constantly review my options as news and progress develops – all quiet at the mo…

I am in a different place now from those back-to-back days.

Since then, I have managed to average down considerably including a number of purchases at 0.41 and 0.39 which has allowed me to rest on a sub 1p average.

The connecting Madimba pipeline and first gas receipts (hopefully by April?) would motivate me to take some more off the top – I cannot believe that the SP will still be at 1.xx by then

With the NTs in full flow and ch1 producing (who knows by when – mid-late 2025?), I aim to take off a bit more and finally sell out the bulk when the FFD is underway (2025/2026?)

My exit target is 10p whatever happens…if we get there!

I’m not in a hurry, just sitting quietly patient waiting for things to happen and not too bothered about a small rise or drop here and there.
