Usually when people spout ‘x’ pence I think “horse droppings” but this is way undervalued hence my two top ups this morning as the inertial is building once again following the speeding ticket !!!
Lots of good news here ....

Hope so because I just topped up at 1.38 on nothing else other than we were going along at 1.70 or more until the speeding ticket (which they clearly didn’t want to issue) came out.
That killed the share price but the inertial and momentum is building back up after a fortnight rebasing

Thanks ...yes I get that, happened before to companies will happen again.
The episode I went through with Sibir Energy was miserable but that and Fortune Oil make me more suspicious of history repeating.
Power struggles ... votes .. wrong end of ...and you are powerless as your company gets swallowed up by a company that own a broken ice cream van and a pram. Enough is documented on here about PTWin and AE just having assets that x-ref many other worthless confetti and seem like a sham ... with everything apart from any capital.

I see lots of comments re 6p and 10p bids but isn’t it more likely that AE or PTWin if they get traction end up with any control- recommending an offer for some worthless shares in an opaque company that they are in cahoots with.
Christ knows why this company allowed the situation to get to this but it’s not rocket science to join the dots, and see how AE can offload working the share price (why price didn’t seem to be able to get traction heading north after deal was announced) only for it to then reload and launch an attack on the then depressed subsequent share price.
ie where we are now.
Price movements should be favourable now ... but should any control be forthcoming... it would be a scary development

As Dshox said at 13.29 ... unfortunately people who can vote on these things will use all sorts of companies and investment vehicles to buy up on the open market these shares which we all can see are massively undervalued.

What percentage do they need?? ... and if they have hovered up shares from those who’ve headed for the exit door 19.99% doesn’t need many 3% holders on side .. and what worries me is the regulator... just ignores most things.

Legitimately they couldn’t come up with 2.5 million negotiated down from 10 million PTWin. So they are just like a dodgy car dealer mascarading as a Bentley dealership .... the major mistake made by Tony and fellow directors is getting into bed with these bunch of shi &&&3rs as we had good assets, reasonable strategy and now we have every rogue and two bit wannabe millionaire trying a dodgy angle to wrestle control. Hmmmm ... should end ok ... but as someone who held Sibir Energy years ago that somehow ended up reversing into a company that owned a petrol station and an elastic band, it is a mess.

Let’s hope it ends as a profitable mess !!!

Been to 3... only recently and although overbought at that time (having five bagged over a matter of two/three weeks) ... this before any Silver /Reddit squeeze should have been way higher than the 1.00 ..1.20 mark. Those arriving now aren’t even buying on a spike which sometimes is the case with rapid rising shares.

Shorters help however if you sign a deal or many deals as they get swamped and have to buy the shares they’ve shorted.
I hold here, but if I was a shorter this could be very expensive as IF a deal/contract comes off they are in trouble. Here’s to hoping ... they deserve all they get ...

I know we are racked up with ever more debt which is not good, but if things go to plan serviceable.
I would have liked if one was negotiating a deal ... where supposedly board members have strengths (yeah right ... I could claim that and do a payday loan for myself)... that the attached warrants ... not 1 for two or 1 for four, were also at levels which were higher conversion levels. If they had to show / explain what was being proposed in order to secure funding ... I think they all should have been negotiated higher.
Unless of course opaque offshore companies (obviously with no connections to board members) participated.
Time to deliver either way now gentlemen!!!!

... not being a ramper if it was directed at me. I’m not confusing being undervalued with ramping. It’s when we still have volume but real investors rather than day traders ...that you are right .. what is in the ground will speak for itself.

At the risk of sounding like a ramper ... genuinely I would say your comment of buying 50% below its value is an understatement.
This has all come about at a time when other income streams are coming to help reduce the confetti that would otherwise have needed to be issued. I currently regret not having trimmed more at 8 and 9 only eventually taking some out when we were in the mid sevens , but I think we will breach the current high this next month or two. As such maybe longer term I made the right move ... but even as a holder with an average of 1.6 ish ... after four or five years of suffering... it hasn’t stopped me topping up in the low fives and again at 4.7 this morning.
No-one can know the size or grades of this but once the traders go and the dust settles again whatever the value ... it’s way way higher than this!!
Giveaway down here... a real steal !!

... logged on to see what the latest ‘bad news’ story was from the car crash that is Vast as my phone showed it as down.
Where people are saying “no positives in there” ... I’m quite happy with that.
The interims show if not quite to it being a basket case, but historic period when leading up to a period in November... really it was, not possibly it was IT WAS !
With Vast it’s all about it’s turning point ... going forward it should be cash generative, AP’s lies will become less necessary, there one day could be good news out of Zimbabwe (maybe, and it is only a maybe but clearly it would be positive) and the share price will rise (probably) quite significantly.
There is no point trying to assertion anything positive historically as it’s just not there, the untruths about raises and lack of delivering of just about anything on time... nope !!!
So for Christ sake those heading for the exit door ... are you sure?? I would wager (quite heavily) that this next twelve months and beyond will be healthy for the share price, the difficult thing with Vast is to be buying it ... and holding it ...from that bottom of the ‘V’ for that’s somewhere close to where we are.

I feel it begs the question why MT would be here at all, and why Tony would get involved with these people if everything going forward is as corrupt as is being stated.
As has been posted our value and the share price would be /should be around these levels without any deal... why with 46,000,000 would Tony be looking to jeopardise his holdings getting involved with a bunch of sh££££3rs who have been involved in dodgy dealings and (potential) false accounting.

Not that it helps ... but at 8.00.01 I did a dummy sell and it quoted 4.6 so I didn’t ‘commit’ in the 15 seconds.
I was only thinking of selling a few as I had been buying at 5.2 and 5.3 thinking I was being clever buying at knock down prices the day before (without the raise and actually even with it) longer term they will be cheap).
However within a minute it was quoting 4.9’s ... so it probably triggered and then traded at a better price. Ended up selling none and bought some more at 5.1 ... it’s not anywhere near a sell ... it was as a LTH I thought I’d buy some more to allow me to trade a few. (I’m clearly not very good at that)

All the stars surely are aligned... it probably just needs AP to start telling the truth and gaining credibility.
Funding requirements shouldn’t be as critical (apart from conversion). We will (should) have done all our projections 18 months /2 years/ 3 years back .... and surely at that time they couldn’t have dreamed of
2019 .... 6% + increase in the price of Copper
2020 ....25%+ increase in the price of Copper
2021 .... 3%+ increase (already) in the price of Copper 3 weeks in.
With first sales right at the back end of 2020 a management team couldn’t have hoped for a better environment.
In fact even with all the dilution... with Zimbabwe as a potential bonus should they find the right man in the right place at the right time and hand him the right Mercedes.. I mean pen, then all should be lining up for a heady little run on our share price.

Well I bought 200,000 back this morning at 1.08 for no other reason than I had sold on the way down from 2.30 till about 1.45 and thought as I’d seen the share price flicker two or three times this last week that maybe I shouldn’t be wholy out.
This lifestyle company which up to now in twelve months seems to have changed the letterheading, logo and name must have been speaking to someone and doing something else surely??
Most people mistakenly wait for news and buy back in at a higher price ... I maybe have mistakenly just bought back in .... but with all of us long term holders flushed out and traders long gone.... we must surely be due news.
Or are we just a useless share with no direction or leadership?? At this price I took the gamble that it isn’t completely a lifestyle company for management .... come on fellas a name and logo change isn’t going to wash for much more time ... new crayons ????

Yes DC26 ... hindsight is a wonderful thing.
I thought I would retrace but not that much. MM’s job is to create a market and they’ve flushed a lot there. It will go up and already is but to rise without a basket full of traders ... strong and steady is what we want.
Although I’ve just topped up at 5.28 and at 5.30 with funds I didn’t really have or want to commit ... I will slice myself on the next peak.
Onwards and upwards ... good luck

Once everyone calms down and chills, those with agenda’s find their ranting falls on deaf ears, a true reflection of this company and its share price versus its peers will start to emerge.
At the moment it gets to 4.00p on Fridays excitement...races to just over 9p with the herd piling in, some to make a quick buck some to remain longer term.
When it settles down and they’ve been flushed and moved on ... then and only then will we settle down and move properly... mm’s are going to chalk it down, stand by the door and pay them out as they leave.
The fact we are way undervalued will then attract investors not two day traders ... and I have no doubt double digit share price will ensue. Top up around here ... and you WILL reap rewards ... no doubt

If he’d been coming on everyday for a couple of months... he’d have come up in Essex.
Trading is trading ... but it’s a great result so it’s buy a few more now at Monday’s prices and hold them while we rise over the months to 10p and beyond

Dread to think how good this company could be and how the shares might have performed differently if we had someone with (just a modicum of) dynanmism.
