It is great news yes, but the share price is the last to waken up and smell the coffee.

Does anyone have any idea why every rise is wiped out, on any good news? presumably still be a seller behind the scenes? Could it be the short time lender (who has the option to convert at 5? 5.5?) meaning the market makers know there’s an endless supply of shares coming onto the market …(although I guess they’d have to RNS that) or something else ?

The asset value actually I think exceeds the mkt cap. It’s very strange. Our income stream from Spain and Italy isn’t like if we were producing from Mali or Cameroon or some tin pot dictatorship regime where the locals spend all day rioting in the streets (like France).

By any logic and valuations/Pe ratios or anything else I just can’t fathom this one. (Christ knows what will happen to the share price if we turn up with any bad news !!!)

Yeah I’d like to say it can only get better from here, trouble is I’ve thought that firstly in the 0.7’s and then more steadily from the 0.4’s down.

Trouble is with this it’s so so difficult to value and see when it bottoms out, the techs amazing , no LTH’s don’t believe the story but it’s delays delays delays. They hid behind everything from Covid, bad previous management decisions, and it being everybody else’s fault.

I cannot have a bad word to say about it as it is only one of three shares in 30 years that’s ten bagged for me, and made me a six figure sum… I still think buying it up down here IT ABSOLUTELY could ten bag a second time.

It’s an average down for everyone as two or three years out it surely will be in a healthy position?

The interviews and questioning of the directors back end of last year was still talking of ‘soon’ or ‘anytime soon’ to get some contracts over the line. They are either good liars or fancied setting themselves ip for a lot of grief………….. It’ll come good this !!! (Just with the usual EQT delays)

Research and hold … I’d always like to get in cheaper, but with 600,000 (probably a small holding for some) I’m all in and any £1,000 / £1,500 top ups are only when it drops and I sell and divert money from elsewhere.

I only included my top up info, as I really didn’t want it to appear that I was a ramper/ deramper. and from memory we are paying 15% on it. I think however it’s the options (you are right I think not warrants) but the debt can be converted for shares at 5.5p ??

I’m not sure that’s not what is holding it back (hopefully only till now) as wouldn’t you convert ? If you had that option … I know I would … it’s a steal at 6.7 with the rates and income update due soon (let alone 5.5)

I wonder if the seller is created by the raise last September (2022) as it won’t be board members who all have options at 12.25 (twice where we are now).

The half million raised was via repayments that we then repay 30 September this year /30 Dec/ 30 March 2024. Following first gas that commenced July 2023. The only thing is they have an option to convert the debt for shares at 5.5 … are they forward selling these at anything above 5.5 knowing they can convert their debt figure to shares at the pre agreed 5.5 ??

There’s renewed interest not cos of any talk of bids or anything else.

As I said earlier it’s Bat ***t crazy cheap … that’s all. It’s OVERSOLD due to a persistent seller all the way down from 12 … and as we have achieved what most aim stocks fail to get to … a point of income stream and actual profitability slowly but surely people are waking up to the opportunity that presents itself here.

Yes we’ve had these sudden movements (upwards) before and the seller move in to kill it off, and bring it back down.

Once he or she is clear and any resemblance to the fundamentals takes hold, this will be a dream. (Be second time for me … I’ve a couple of buys at 1.75 and again at 1.90 .. which 9 or 10 bagged (had I got out) and although I sold a lot in the teens on the way down … I am sure I’m about to participate in PXEN’s fruits for a second time.

I’ve thought it a couple of times because I was thinking it was a steal in the 8/9’s when I was frantically buying back a lot of the ones that I’d sold to ride this a second time and thinking at these prices it was too good to be true.

Had a couple more buys this last couple of days, but despite this seller (who’s still around) we MUST surely be back as low as it goes. This is an absolute steal under 6 … in fact it’s an absolute steal at 16 to my mind … unless we are being lied to, or unless the RNS’s are factually incorrect…bat**** crazy cheap on any matrix!!!
