20 years of missed deadlines and not a lot happening IS WHY the share price is where it is. The false dawns give way to an actual ‘dawn’ and the price looks ridiculously cheap. It’s up to perennial under achiever / drifter JA to get things over the line now.

Read the sentiment on here, and look what people are posting in three or four weeks when (I suspect) it’s leapt higher.

They will all be on saying told you so. If this was worth buying high twenties and into the thirties if not higher, I can’t believe people aren’t loading up down here.

It’s a steal… and yes I’ve had a couple of more top ups yesterday and today … because it’s nearly as much cash in addition to the help with costs it will recoup from the partner.

Just continual dilution while he ambles through life, picking up on the discontent with his performance… but doing jack &&&& about it other than cutting his grass and sending letters to shareholders to back certain company resolutions … like issuing confetti and kicking everything again down the line for another 12 months.

The raise in September 24 was at a penny so as with nearly all raise prices across AIM , usually the company has a period afterwards trading below.

The reason we went to half that you would say was because for awhile it looked like we hadn’t enough cash to keep the lights on.

The subsequent fall and semi recovery maybe means we have got something, and a deal or deals through to conclusion… but nothing has a Devine right to stay above any figure, no matter how good the tech … if it runs out of money your toast.

We hopefully have something other than a dead cat bounce. If we have we hopefully get way over the penny you mention.

were the 110,000,000 not raised at 1p ?? effectively a 50% rise from where we are now ? and twice what we were at only a week or ten days back.

you would like to think by the law of averages over this time they would manage to get something over the line.

with calumbo, perlumbo bumbling along you are right he might just have sold the company laptops cos they found they weren’t using them, but after multiple **** ups and many failed partnerships not getting off the ground, i would suggest they’ve achieved something.

also the raise last september surprised me, as i wouldn’t have rushed to lend us anything as i’d have felt i’d never see it again.

they must have been able to demonstrate more than is visible or in the public domain to have got that sort of support (at any price).

…. And following on from my previous post from earlier this morning… I am starting to think it is the latter.

Steady buying in the background last week and a bit the week before. Glut of shares being worked through, and possibly something interesting about to be announced. It’s not being traded it just is steadily ticking up.

VH a healthy bulletin board that has opposing views is healthy.

I have bored people with the fact once before, that I got lucky in the sense my wife and I bought a place at the coast and needed the capital taking my eqt shares that I was gutted about out of my ISA, this was three or more years ago just before the management did their lying to camera about just how we were one or two months away from Nirvana. Yes happy to repeat … they lied, no if buts or maybes.

If they have just about kept the lights on, and 20% of the ongoing projects get over the line, the tech we have just ramps up from this point any income streams.

I’m still not convinced that any of the team are ‘Fit for purpose’ and can’t close deals, but MyIPA is right people will be loading up as it’s a steal down here at our Mkt Cap.

Also it’s impossible to keep a lid on negotiated deals as everyone from the parties concerned to lawyers know what’s going on.

I remember twenty years ago a neighbour of mine (who’s dead now) knowing Yorkshire Group were being taken over two three weeks before it happened… that must go on all the time, and could also add to the reason why we are climbing. It’ll come out as ‘leaky ship’ when it happens, but it is impossible to have it all under wraps and be watertight. Let’s hope it’s the latter scenario

There is a bit of bottom feeding here (a little top up to average down and one or two others doing the same here).

Trouble is most are 90% plus down so although all the talk was “if they can muddle on to year end” .. it will fly if for the first time in years they announce something positive.

Down right out and out lied to camera … doing a piece into lense to camera (and most of the company had a turn to speak and be videod on camera … as though that was it and all was now good with deals coming out of every orafice …. That was three or four years back.

I too did very well on this back in the day, I’m just glad my Mrs set her heart on having a place near the coast, as it was that that made me sell down and I’d have lost a fortune if I’d stayed and believed what I was being fed.

I’m actually over 50% down when I started buying back in … but they say “don’t try and catch a falling knife” … I for some stupid reason believe the knife is already at floor level and surely the board can’t be so inept that they never get anything positive done.

They forgot they’d claimed all the fictitious stuff before Xmas about a supposed deal they were about to get over the line, before realising one night whilst languishing in the Pub … that “hey I bet this could be worth more than we’d thought? This Namibian stuff” …. No name disclosed, no firm info … no restrictive period therefore … for Omar or anybody else to not be able to bail all their own shares (in a lot of cases opaquely hidden in any form of trust) will mean they are still scratting round looking for someone to talk to.

Before I get grief as I still own nearly half of my original holdings, tell me which part of the above (apart from the pub bit) might be wrong?

Properly funded with the raise and the joint venture money, there’s shell’s of companies with carried forward losses that they value at more than this.

I know JA is pretty inept, and I know there were an endless amount of people ready to take a profit on the confirmation of the deal that was so well signposted you’d trip over it.

I am a holder, and have half what I held previously, unlike other shares I won’t be trying to buy dips … as I’ll keep my distance from now on.

I didn’t say it didn’t have any value, or that loads of companies will want to get in, and I speak as someone who isn’t desperate or underwater.

I bought plenty at 0.08 after they raised at 0.06 and luckily sold plenty switching to TRP (a lot higher than here) to try and catch more in that.

I’m fully aware of the basin, previous drilling and data as we all are. Sentiment and trust are important.

If you think the presentation and tweets were accurate and that WE ALL were not strung along on something that Omar knew wasn’t going to happen …great … any actual or correct info and data will help you loads.

I’ve plenty left in here… I actually just wish I hadn’t because you can’t trust the company.

Will it go higher, I’m sure it will … but you need to get a reality check if you believe mid December presentation was put out … and then he realised what he’d got… so didn’t conclude after all.

if he did he’s not fit for purpose and spending too much time tweeting, and if he didn’t he was lying to get the placing away. Either way it’s at best shoddy or down right deceitful.

Have all the data and accurate analysis you like (say TYM) but no actual income or positive end game, or tell lies to camera (Vast) and the outcomes unfortunately are similar (a tanking share price).
