We have already had some large trades not that long ago,and no decree.I dont think the large trades=decree arguememt is relevant.All this secret squirrel stuff is nonsense.Iam sure we will all be informed at the same time.JA being the exception,and he cant do anything that might legally compromise him.Think you will find things will be done by the book.
