If FG thinks the share price will be far advance to this why a 5p bond ?

As it stands the bonds will mature in December 2022.
That is before the meeting in April.

If FG thinks the share price is going to be in advance of 15p by December why not let the bonds mature end of story.

By changing it to December 2024 at 5p bond, is he thinking perhaps that will be the value of our share in QBT.

Any help would be of great value. Cheers

If the company had any price sensitive information, i.e. mining, they would have to let the market and shareholders know.
It would truly be fantastic if we were mining, but until we see results of testing which hopefully wil be with us soon we have to remain cautious in what we say.

News will arrive when it is ready.

FG clearly said we are not mining.

Looking at the IPO site this morning, there have been companies published today 23/3/22, that has their IPO lodged in the first week of February.

So if we had our Patent Lodged within the next two or three weeks does that mean it will not be published for at least six weeks after, but would it have to be RNSs as soon as it is lodged ?

Any information on this would be great many thanks.

Reading the RNS and watching the interview several times, I’m very excited about the future.
What the company is doing is so cutting edge, yes there will be delays.

When the company say weeks- I think in months. The challenges must be immense. Yes, I’m very comfortable with the time frame.

I’m just so excited about the future, It’s not just bitcoin mining, it’s Blockchain and also AI.

As for a target price; the biggie is the patent for me, could be filed within a month, when that happens the share price is anyone’s guess. As we will be “solo mining” we could be talking 50p plus.

But with the painting and all the tech we have I can see the company with deep pockets snap us up.
