I could buy a string of massive sells holding back a share price. But a few £10k trades for a £37m Mcap share? Nah

The reality is that with current turnover levels this share will continue to burn cash until there is real progress on the fire safety side or significant new contracts elsewhere.

There is a lot of potential and I have more confidence than around the time the placing was announced. But there is a lot of risk and doing people a disservice to claim the cash position is strong or that there isn't risk of further dilution if the short term plans don't play out.

That is probably true, but are there really retail investors who are so keen to acquire a sizeable stake that they'll pay a substantial premium to MP? Seems a waste of effort if they only manage to raise a few grand.

Utterly bizarre Retail Offer. Anyone wanting to invest in the company could buy 2 shares on the open market (2p) instead of 1 share at the offer price (3.5p plus one warrant). What am I missing?

It's actually an increase in shares vs the 2024 accounts. He owns a much lower percentage due to the mega-dilution, same for the CEO.

I subscribed, but only because I expect the price is likely to be slightly above the discounted price mid April. I've otherwise lost all confidence and will be on all likelihood selling up.

Short term SP fluctuations - this might be true.

Having your shareholding effectively diluted under a fire sale and/or 'shares for the boys' arrangement - this is a loss regardless of fundamentals.

As poisoned a chalice as this company may be, the retail offer is at a discount to current price so theoretically attractive. How would any oversubscription be managed. Proportional allocation based on current holding?

What is the best source of news and updates on the company outside of this board?

The official comms leave a lot to be desired but equally really tired of all the trolling here about delisting and price crashes.

No idea if the share price will go up or down at the end of all this.

Either way, based on the quality of communications I must say I'm losing confidence in the way the management team are handling this. I understand that there's a limit to what can be said during negotiations, but a couple of RNS updates when a share is suspended is clearly inadequate; to then pass the date included in the RNS with no further update is unacceptable. Publically at least, this is being treated by management like they're buying the local corner shop, not a listed company.
