So "New Tech Llc" the company that does'nt exist anymore, are now holding 17% of the shares as opposed to 24% on 8th Aug. Did they sell or was it the dilution affecting the SP ?

Once the mining licence is approved, the M-cap will be re-assessed to include the helium as an asset. It will then be 1bln + M-cap so even with further dilution we have nothing to worry about.

Hence why all the big buys today.

Buys outstripping sells 3/1 yet SP dropping and M/cap also dropping. Something not right here this has to turn at some point. Should be 2p plus by now.

The last company secretary unfortunately died, the new ones have a lot of accounts to get through it can't be done overnight. They want it done and relisted just as much as we do.

When they re-list, hopefully we will be in a stronger position. Should be done by end of Sept at latest, any earlier is a bonus.
