Do you all understand that assay analysis / results are not done by jangada, but a 3rd party independent group? See,ms like not everybody here as that as a basic understanding.... These labs control the timeline. Many factors, such as workload, staffing, demand etc impact the time.

Jangada would have to release immediately if they had them. I am not always a big fan of the leadership here, but they wouldn't mess around by withholding results....

I’m surprised by the recent drop in Emmerson, too. With the memorial due in the next two weeks, things should start moving forward, and there’s real potential for both parties to start exploring what type of settlement that could occur. Obvious next step will be for Morocco to respond and then the window for a deal truly opens (Q3 2026 ish)- neither side will want this going as far as final judgement and such a binary outcome. Assuming the memorial submission is claiming $2.2b or so, i think 20% of that very securable in an early negotiation and probably quite fair..... This is a really strong and experienced team that Emmerson have put together with Boies Schiller Flexner (BSF) as lead Counsel, it may take some time to play out, but a really good risk / reward play i would say. If it was to go to final judgement (that would probably not be to 2028 or so), then you wouldn't want all your money is as too sharp, but in the lead up, a huge chance for a settlement and many many multiples of the current valuation.

Opening at 3p shows a false picture to mark this down. Current spread same as Friday afternoon…. Momentum still very strong….

So they should tell investors that results could come in at any time - perhaps a day, maybe a year, or what about a decade. That would work.... Of course bthay have estimate based on previous sample / assays and timelines, as well as how busy the labs are, but not an exact science....

Zinger, you doughnut, this timeline is beyond their control. You can't put a gun to the head of the labs.... The results come, when they come, regardless of who our CEO is or if they drop 'Luis' name everywhere.... Thus the timelines are just best indicators, but ultimately come down to the actions of 3rd party groups....

Agreed Stew, calm everyone.... There are so many elements beyond the company's control regarding lab work / tests / timelines etc.... Quality of grade, depth and length the key, not if it drops this week or next month.... CEO timelines are best estimates, never any certainties...

3p just a false flag to give them an excuse to mark the stock down 15% on opening to spook newbies. Reality is to buy and sell will probably be very close to what it was at the close yesterday!!

Looks to me that Molly was the main acquisition goal (post Pitombeiras), but maybe got held up, thus Paraniata came along.... Exciting times and, after being useless for years in terms of communication, it does seem that they are really starting to push news flow and build something here..... We will see....

Agreed, look at Lenigas' history in the small cap sector.... He always does OK, small investors who buy into him too much, not so much.....
