Am a long suffering holder of LOGP shares at average of 10p per share
Does anyone know if we're funded for up coming drilling round or are they're a pletero of warrants out there to raise cash - if it is needed
With our 20% equity now restored to Barllyrow project ,why is Logp not a more legitimate target than PVR for speculative investors - like The Eagle eyed Goodman
Lastly has Logp any other work underway other than waiting and tracking Pvr developments of which are defo not too impressive so far

This is a biggie for both entities - mixture of first class marketing from Sports Alliance with a proven technology like ours
This is a great company of ours with a strong ambitious management and proven ability

There will be serious competition from both irish based Insurers- AXA and Aviva - both of whom are earnest about developing the Farmer side of their business at present
The share value should rocket to 10euro or even higher when the real action begins
This Norwegian company will have to stump up a lot more- if they are serious about gaining ultimate control

Was there a monetary settlement agreed and due to Standard in compensation to name transfer
How was the value arrived at
Was it from an independent source

These matters may mean nothing to him but are important to hard pressed - inormation starved shareholders

The gaming market in shares is so exciting and so far profitable too

With increase in customer base numbers - resultant turnover and profits not to mention dividend ,
should we now expect an approach
Should the use of the newly acquired Irish technology together with 888s readiness and exposure to the fledgling USA on line gaming market make the company a must buy
Anyone out there know / propose what a realistic range an offer mite be

I do understand the principle of buy back and the benefits to shareholders in lesser shares on issue - also understand the buy back is actually in progress
The excess cash could well be distributed as a benefit to shareholders as a special dividend - especially as dividend now is to reduced
This special dividend would reflect a Little more respect for shareholders

Why are management on a buy back programme -whilst shareholders suffer losses on share valuation
Mite a special dividend instead be more appreciated by suffering shareholders who additionally have to accept a divided cut !!
Whose the priory here - management or shareholders ?

This vehicle is crawling along may I say aimlessly - without regard to shareholders hopes or expectations -whereras other corporate managers share a modicum of respect for their shareholders
Only difference is the big boys been paid - we the victims should be seen but not heard from

Would an equity group take over not unlock the value of the various component parts by flogging off either separately or as a whole and pocket the difference for themselves
These guys have no interest in running a business except the business of picking off undervalued assets at minimum cost to maximise their profits
Only speculating here but think sooner otmr later Std will appear eon their radar - hope they're made pay full value

Share price had flattened until recent recovery - just thought with so much liquidity in the financial system could Standard ever go the way of Rsa -whilst acknowledging they operate and offer a completely different model than the other
Would be a safe home for would be investors - with a sound book of business and a company with a world wide reputation of quality
Anyway - know its probably unlikely

Am I rite in thinking that since Phoenix is the game facto owner of Standard that their permission-consent is needed for prospective deal if any
Therefore would phoenix be a more rewarding vehicle for investors - from dividend and for share appreciation point of view

Is there any other tele- communions company big enough or interested enough to take out vodaphone - even with their debt mountain - the honey in the pot been the company base -spread so widely across Europe and beyond
