Standard deviation of what exactly? The daily closing share price or the daily movement or volatility? I'm not sure why a 'low standard deviation' means that this is set for high growth - can you explain further?

It seems to have gone a bit quiet recently. I thought there was some expectation of announcement re:USA last month. Anyone know what's happening at Distil and whether any news, of any sort, will forthcoming?

More opportunity to buy low - or is IAG falling further? Still an uncertain picture with the BA data breach and possible EU imposed fine, oil price and concerns about the air travel market with failure of Premia Air. IAG are continuing to buy back shares on a daily basis as can be seen from the IAG website.

Will be interesting to se what levels of fines are issued, if any, as a result. The new GDPR regime can impose some very hefty fines I am led to believe.

Personally I prefer a classic martini made with 9 parts Blackwoods gin and 1 part dry white vermouth shaken with ice and then strained into a martini glass. Add a big green olive or twist of lemon as preferred. Can’t beat it.

Volume of shares traded seems to be a bit higher than usual this morning. Announcement imminent? Or just an enthusiastic investor?

Presumably not many shares being traded at low prices so someone wants to acquire a stake and shaking up the price to stir up some keen sellers?

Interestingly I bought shares today but they're showing up as a SELL ratherthan a BUY. Anyone know why?
