I never really understood the buys and sells figures on here - after all if someone is buying then someone else is selling!?
John Mahtani now selling?
Thanks! It’s always good to learn :)
Excuse my ignorance - but what’s a T trader?
There's been an expectation of TR1 last few days but none appearing. I guess there must be a few big sellers with less than 3% holdings?
I personally won't be buying any more VRS shares until I can see the price increasing again. It has been on a downward trend for a while and I don't see any sign of it stopping yet. Even buying at 25p could be too high - unless it's on its way back up from an even lower price.
Having lost money in companies digging holes in the ground with the promise of a future bonanza I think I have finally learned the lesson of steering well clear of all such 'jam tomorrow' investment opportunities. Admittedly I didn't make such a big loss on SXX (only 67%!) as my other mining disaster.
Good luck to you all whatever future investments you make!
Well after holding these shares in my ISA for a reasonable time I have sold my holding this morning. I expect this share may take off at some point, but despite regular good news and positive stories it hasn’t translated into meaningful increase in price. In fact I sold at a small loss. I’ll buy back in if I see the price steadily increasing - but at the moment it seems to be steadily decreasing. Good luck And merry Xmas. As always DYOR.
Today's trading update from eOne makes for a welcome start to the day!
There are some papers on ArXiv related to graphene - I found this recent one particularly interesting:
