How many times . . .

The biggest hurdle (IMO) is we don't have a product. We have additives and patents, but we need a partner to make the product. They in turn, need a customer to sell it to before they'll agree to make it. That is the quandary, and I imagine it is incredibly difficult to convince the producer and the end customer to sign a supply/purchase agreement

As it stands we have a Moroccan trial taking place and an interested party in Utah. Should one of those turn into a commercial contract it might just start the race to be second

So much negativity here instead of focussing on the good things finally happening. Seems to me many posters here prefer to wallow in misery, when they could be looking forward to an exciting future

Very little I would imagine, but either of those deals would have made the company very profitable, both would have been spectacular. And both had very real probabilities of success, scuppered only by the internal politcs of Maersk and within KSA. I'd say with a client that is committed to actually using MSAR, we have the right team in place to negotiate that contract

They have done deals. They got 5 of the 7 co-parties in KSA to sign up to the trial burn. So if that were 7 separate projects and they closed 5 of them they'd be heroes. They also negotiated the supply contract with CEPSA for the Maersk LONO, and of course the LONO trial itself with Maersk. I'd say that qualifies them to carry on brokering deals on our behalf

Positive reception by the market, hopefully some new investors and general awareness on the huge potential of QFI. Yes we still need commercial contracts, but if you've got capital to invest and a reasonable appetitie for risk, this must be a golden opportunity

This isn't the only project in play. Morocco is progressing and presumably so are discussions and arrangements for a LONO. I want the BoD to use their resources the way they see best, rather than micro report on one project

Except that we haven't. We've had a process, that needed a supplier and a customer. We didn't have a supplier without a customer, nor a customer without a supplier, hence the time it's taken to get where we are today
