Yes. That is correct mate. Apoligies for late reply; just got back from Majorca. RENE was circa 3p 2014/15 and BOOM same around 2015/16. You never know what may happen on any stock. BOOM has been tipped to go even bigger with something along with Spotify. Expect this one to go £5 plus at some point. IMO.
Anyhow. SML come 2022 should be a good year! ;-)
Although Ive not posted for ages; have been following the BB. Been here since summer 2016 and have very sticky hands on my 14m holding with 5-7 year view point; accepting of interim hiccups and the earlier day trading periods.
Although expectation mgmt has soured some, I expect JP; PW are equally irritated. However, business is never plain sailing and John (IMO) did what he needed to do given the timescale and I for one was pleased it was a closed door raise.
The Cobre major has been a pain in the ar $e from the outset tbh and not a key component for making an investment decision. We cant always have a soft cushion; but we have an exciting portfolio of assets and our invested BoD and supporting personnel are working very hard to ensure success.
Remember we are not in the Ops and cannot make decisions whether +/- or neutral. We have to let mgmt do what it does to steer the ship and plot the course... Im sure this will be a lessons learnt for JP, but he has tremendous experience to bring it back round.
Remember our Rail settlement?
If you want a really really bad day.. look at UKOG - more dilution than a bottle of Robinsons. Take a look at TRX with the Neil Woodford thing.
On upside from no where.. BOOM. 3p to over £2. RENE the same from 3p. All based on their fundamentals.
SML has great fundamentals.. thats why we are here and thats why we invested.
NB. Not a ramp! Been here a long while, but always play the long game on something that has a bit more complexity. All IMV etc. etc.
PS. Dont forget Hanns Camp at some point. Dr Goole could drop a game changer.. ;-)
ATB Smallers !!
Some great updates confirming our project road map.. JP and Co continues to deliver the expectation of success on multiple fronts. I can imagine Cobre popping up on the news soon with HC to complete the realignment as we move forward. Additional income early next year and onwards and upwards.. get in while you can folks!!!
Well I’m holding tightly on my 14m shares, as know what these will be worth in a few years time when Redmoor comes online plus everything else in the mix... if I had spare cash at the moment I’d be soaking up some more at this level !!
Morning SML’ers, not been on the board for quite a while as we’re in the holding pattern now for 2018. My subject lead in is the driver for current SP and in particular impatience with those sellers who have been cashing out this year.. to become a mid tier mining company does take a bit of time and the path travelled isn’t always straight and smooth. However, SML has multiple assets as we all know and a financially invested BoD who are getting on with the work to everyone’s benefit in the longer term of investing in tangible fundamentals... Think ourselves lucky not being in a David Lennigas King of BS !!! stocks... now that’s something for one’s perceptions.. ATB.. long and strong with the best play you’ll ever be in on AIM.
The B.B. getting back to it’s usual good natured self with some good posts and LMAO items of bantering... has been enjoyable reading lol. Looks like the SP is slowly climbing out of the dip (typical AIM) but for those who bought in / topped up, very well played to you!!... will look forward to the RNS updates over the coming 6 months and JPs Interviews on stock tube are always interesting. GLA SML’ers and all hell :-))))
Although I share the view that the current SP doesn’t meet the initial expectations for 2018, but I think some people forget that proving up and building a mid tier doesn’t actually happen overnight. I could think of far worse places to be like UKOG dropping from 11p to 1.55p and EMH from 90p to 23p and not cashing out on their rapid rises... I’ve been in at the right time of 2016 pre-half penny era, so SML has performed well in terms of averaging out. I also take the view that you have to have a 5 year mindset .. look at similar stocks 5 years back to where they are now. In 2015/16 Glencore crashed to circa 60p and now around £3.80, so recoveries and upside on assets progress is fully realistic IMV, hence I’ve not sold any of my 14m units as my patience, research and understanding of the BoDs strategy will lock in a significant pay day in a few more years.. Lots to look forward to boys and girls ;-)
Nicely articulated.. it’s an investors ideal stock for LC to come online, then I’m very interested on the Redmoor updates and to be hearing it’ll be setting up in 20XX for production. IMV, this 2p point is probably the last low entry point to something that will deliver significant returns over the next few years.
Welcome, a lot of staff have been with the company many years (myself included) with new blood coming in, as we ramp up! One of the most consistent businesses I have worked for. Enjoy the RNS when issued :-)
- Great Company - Great CEO - Great Products - Great Progression on SP from its humble start point (just look at the charts - very consistent) - Plenty of Cash at Bank - Large / Big Name International Client Base We got some exciting times ahead and some very cool software within our sector.
