Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
At the end of the day what has changed? Absolutely nothing. We are just closer to the end result.
Yes, it's not great that the share price is going down. For LTH they see their profits reducing and for people who have recently bought in they see red in their portfolio.
When I first bought in the share price went down and and stayed stagnant for months it seemed like my money was being lost. If I had panicked and not believed in the fundamentals, I would not be sitting on the large profits that I am on now. Nothing goes up in a straight line and patience is the key.
The assets are still there and they are just becoming more valuable.
The LTH here have made a great deal of money, either paper profits or top sliced and are on a free ride. Why have they made money? Is it because when the price drops they panicked and sold? Obviously not, they stuck with their research and convictions and let the MM's play their games. They want your shares and the people selling are just transferring their potential gains to the people with patience.
Will EUA sell the company and we are all going to be wealthy? Maybe, maybe not. The assets are not going anywhere, they are only going up in value. If a sale does not come then the people still in this share will just make more money, but it will take longer. The key ii you have not figured it out yet is PATIENCE.
The RNS would have been great without the placing but I can see why they have done it. Institutional investors buying at 22.5. Showing the market that we have plenty of money at our disposal and we are willing and able to advance the mine ourselves. My view is this is saying to potential buyers that we are not desperate for a sale and you are not getting us cheap so you will need to dig deep into your coffers.
Production is happening and unaffected by Covid-19, and we are selling metals and getting revenue.
Applying for further licenses, basically making our massive resources even bigger.
The Mon Flanks application sounds to me that's it's a done deal and it's just a matter of waiting for the paperwork.
This is just getting bigger and bigger in my view and we have just told the market that we are not a minnow anymore.
9inch. If there is no sale and the price drops, it will just mean I will have to wait longer for a lot more money than I would have got in a sale. The assets are there and they are not going anywhere, they are only increasing in value.
How many of us have been in a share this good with as much up side? Companies that have been on AIM for as long, or have such a good board and fundamentals are rare. When will I get another chance to be in this good a share again? That's why I will not slice.
If i sliced 100,000 shares and the mother of all RNS's hits that 100,000 shares could have bought me another villa in the sun.
Sharemuppets are at it again.

Whatever happens here we have all earned it through the sheer anguish of it all.
Zaza really has no excuse to keep us all in the dark anymore. Hopefully what he has been saying is correct, but so much doesn't add up, maybe it's because we only ever get snippets of information and we can't see the bigger picture. I really hope so anyway.
Nice raise today but it really means nothing if you're long. The end game is still yet to play out. No matter what happens with the sale we are sitting on a massive asset, If i was younger I would be hoping that we mine it ourselves because the rewards down the line will be a lot more than any sale we get.
Thanks Ian.
They are paper profits at the moment and like my wife says 'until the cash is in my mits, I won't believe it'.
Best thing I have ever done on any shares I hold is to ignore the shorters and the people trying to sow doubt, so they can get in lower. Do your research and be believe in the end game. I have had some losses like most people on AIM, but when your one come in it came make your losses seem like small change.
Another rule I follow, is the tried and tested never invest more than you can afford to lose. I will always be able to pay the mortgage and put food on the table no matter what happens, because i follow that rule.
The more I find out about this share the better it gets. The evidence is out there if people take the time to research.
My own estimation of what the offer could be is Conservative, but the more I read the more I read the more I tbink we should get, otherwise we will have given it away.
Buying this share in 2018 and ignoring the share price movements because I was waiting for the end game, was a wise move.
Like other holders I am sitting on life changing paper profits. I have been tempted to slice and enjoy a free ride but I can't bring myself to do it, I have only increased my holding when funds become available.
With this and GGP and Tils my wife's and my working days will hopefully soon be over. With a lot more cash than I could have imagined, and it's all in ISA's too.
It looks like trading will just become a hobby.
My eyes started deteriorating in my early 40's. Initially just for reading and then distance. I went to one of the well known high street laser companies, who could only fix my distance vision and I would still need glasses for reading. Offered me the usual, sign up and get a discount etc, but I decided it wasn't worth it. Did some more extensive research and found Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, they do private work as well as NHS. They don't do gimmicky offers the price is the price. Had an appointment and they could fix my eyes but they would do one eye for reading and one eye for distance. After examinations, they gave me a prescription to take to my opticians for contact lenses (which I was already using). They do this because some people can't cope with having one eye for reading and the other for distance. I was ok so I had the treatment. Coming home from the surgery I was in no pain but I had my eyes closed nearly all the way home because the light was uncomfortable. Got home and went straight to bed. The following morning I was fine and I have never looked back. For the first few months I had dry eyes so i was using drops, but after a few months that went away.
For anyone thinking about this look up Manchester Eye Hospital, they are more expensive but they are far more professional with great after care.
WOW, indeed.
In the time I have owned this share I have never had any doubts that Greatland could become huge, and the results keep proving up my faith in the company and the bod. The results keep on getting better and better and there is no doubt in my mind that Greatland Gold will become a major player.
For all the times I have seen my investment in this share languishing at just over a penny my faith has paid off. Hopefully, now everyone else will open their eyes and see where this is going because you just can't ignore these results anymore.
Between GGP and EUA, my wife and I will be able to retire, and hopefully, there will be enough so I can help my brother retire.
Now I just need to start thinking about what part of the World I would like to retire in, so I can get away from all the crazy crap that is making the world go mad. It's a shame I won't have enough for my own private island.
Spanner, you should never listen to any hype, otherwise you will be caught holding the baby with a pump and dump. You should invest because of your own research. Shares go up and down all the time. If I had sold this share in 2018 because it was up and down I wouldn't be sitting on 6 figure profits. As soon as there is news this share will fly so sit back and enjoy the ride.
There are two types of shorters. The shorters that research and put a short on and hope for the best, a bit like us longs. Then you have the shorters that get together and manipulate the price, putting false info out so they can make a few quid.
They do not give a toss about the person who is trying to improve their families lives, in fact they openly love mug punters as they say, to lose money.
The first type of shorter I have some sympathy for. The second type I would pay money to watch them burn.
Sorry to hear that RR. Hope she gets better soon.
I have just put in £20.
