Yes, Wshak is trying to buy shares. He posted it on Twitter.
Wshak has posted, won't ever list again, regardless of what happens with the court case. I wonder if he has heard anything re the case.
It may be handbags at dawn soon.
The Twitter page went on the 25th if I remember correctly.
If this does come good and all the signs are that it will, then we will deserve it for all the stress and mixed emotions, especially Xmas Eve, I felt my world had collapsed on that day.
At the end of the day if the shorters are so confident FRR will lose the case, go bust or not relist, then why don't they just sit back and let it play out, confident in getting a great payday. You don't have to be a genius to realise they are bricking it.
They sure are, Wshak hasn't stopped since this afternoon.
Bigdouble. please mention comms going forward. Resentment will fester if shareholders are left in the dark moving forward.
After reading the YJ comment and the call to Mole I am feeling a little more positive. Maybe there is a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel, but it's very windy.
Frontera please note, if you are still working in the interests of shareholders as well as the company, all it takes is a bone now and again. If only you had made a statement saying the Company are moving forward and will always have the best interests of the company and shareholders at heart. That's all it would take to make people feel more positive. Surely the company are stronger if they have the backing of the shareholders.
The only people that have been enjoying this are the shorters, Kempster and Wshak are having a field day on Twitter with their comments of last night and today. They put the photo of Malcy up at Frontera asking will he show the cheque that Frontera had paid him to promote the company, and apologise to shareholders. I have to say though that just putting a statement out saying what it said did not help our cause and gave fuel to the haters.
Removing the Frontera Twitter page has not helped either.
Unless Frontera have been on planet Mars, they know that the shareholders have been concerned to say the least. so to put a rns out saying that, and nothing else, says to me, that they don't give a damn about shareholders.
I pray I am wrong.
Grow as a private company, Zaza isn't stupid, he would know how that would come across, and it has come across exactly how it was supposed to, game over, we've been screwed.
Cairn didn't really do us any favours by resigning with immediate effect. They could have just gave notice that they were quitting and Zaza could have possibly suspended the share.
For the person who said they could not think of a single company coming back after delisting.
GCM Resources plc, an AIM quoted mining and energy company, announces that, further to the notification on 1 November 2018 with regard to Northland's relinquishment of its nominated adviser ("Nomad") status, the Company has identified a replacement Nomad. Due diligence is advanced and the Company is confident that the replacement Nomad will be appointed prior to the 1 February 2019 deadline.
Companies do come back after delisting.
On Wednesday 11 October 2017, it was announced that ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd’s Nomad status was to be removed after it failed to meet eligibility criteria under AIM rules. This gave the companies to whom ZAI was a Nomad until 19 October 2017 to appoint a new Nomad. The companies which failed to do so had their shares suspended until a new Nomad was appointed. Consequently, these suspended companies had until 20 November 2017 to appoint a new Nomad or have their shares cancelled from trading.
Of the 11 companies that confirmed that they were affected, three companies (Grand Group Investment plc, Northwest Investment Group Limited and Alpha Returns Group plc), failed to meet this deadline and subsequently announced the cancellation of their shares on AIM.
Continued. I said I am bored.
You try and improve your situation, so you research a company and invest to learn that AIM is stacked against investors. You learn that you cannot take what the company says as gospel, and the market does not work as you think it should.
After working for the same company for 31 years, recently, I had to give up work for medical reasons. So obviously my lifestyle took a massive hit, and when you have paid lots of taxes and don't know how to abuse the system, the state keep you well and truly on the poverty line.
You are in the house all day so you obviously use more gas and electric but the problem is, now you cannot afford to use more gas and electric and even have the heating on, so you try and get used to the cold just like now. Anyone that thinks you get anything from the state after all the taxes you have paid, does not know what it's like now. I have come to the conclusion that you have to be on a mortuary slab to get anything.
I will shut up now, because even I am bored. Good luck everyone i really pray that everything works out.
I know it's early. It's not Frontera, I had trouble sleeping before I started gambling on AIM.
Just me bored and thinking out loud.
I am not sure if we don't get an extension if we delist tomorrow or the 27th. Funny really when I play Monopoly (with paper money) i know the rules. Yet I put my hard earned into AIM and I don't.
Greed, The amount of times I have bought shares in a company, to see that I am 10% up or even more by the end of the day, but I have hung on to see my share go 10% down or more because I believed the hype that there was news coming. I came to the conclusion a while ago that I can make a lot more money day trading rather than being greedy and waiting for the big one. I just need to put it into practice. I know sometimes they don't go North but overall I would have made more money. No matter how much we may not like them (well shorters anyway) day traders and shorters are the people that make money on AIM. long term investing on AIM is a complete gamble and I have found that the odds are well against me. Sometimes even when you get good news the share goes down for f**** s***. I am in GGP and my profits are very good, but I bet I won't sell, because it's the next big one.
In my portfolio, portfolio, that's a laugh, my mega loss making account I should say, even GGP can't make up for all my losses, I had the most money tied up in Frontera, and to think, I was buying more to get my average down, and I even transferred more money from my salary because my savings have been decimated, into my account on the 22nd because I was going to buy more to get my average down on the 24th. Would I have exposed myself to so much risk if I had all the facts...................I think we all know the answer to that question. You try and improve your financial position but it seems on AIM YOU
I know Fontera can't disclose anything but a simple tweet on the 19th,, 20th or the 21st to say the court case was going ok, and the next hearing was in February, surely that's not too much to ask.
As for TW and the cabal. I don't hate them, some info TW has leaked has saved me money in the past when the bod were saying everything was rosy. But unlike some of them. i don't want anyone to lose money, day traders, investors, and even shorters, Hell, if I was being honest with myself, and I had the balls and the knowledge and it would recoup my losses, and improve my life, would I not short a stock.
Hope we get news tomorrow or maybe the 27th that we have an extension, If not, then I will write this off and if I get anything from it, in the future, then it's a bonus.
As someone who does a bit of investing on AIM I came across Anglesey Mines, and I was going to buy some shares because I spend my summers in Anglesey. Iit was going to be a sentimental buy, so I started looking up the company and came across this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-9ofcZcyh4 does anyone know anything about this?
I also came across this http://www.gordonbowden.co.uk/finchley-road-fraud/ scroll to the bottom.
This has put me off buying any shares but is anyone aware of this?
If you're on Twitter, search for AIM RNS! You will get Twitter notification and an e-mail.
The person who posted on Twitter about ignoring anything FRR says, has openly said on ADVFN 24/12/2018 09:41, that he has made more money shorting this stock than he's lost.
They must be really worried about their shorts judging by all the attention the boards are getting.
Tom the Sheriff. I nearly pissed my pants. Has he got a shiny little sheriff's badge too, and a catchy little song like the Milky Bar Kid.
If you don't engage with them they eventually crawl back under their rock.
