Going public was not to make PI s wealthy. The need for a cash raise in October is happening for a reason. So the company insiders have another opportunity to load up with cheap shares before a contact is signed.
When you look at the goings on in QFI you need a healthy dose of cynicism

What I don't understand.... for the sake of a a few million quid are they saying the project ofover 10 years in the making will fail at the finish line?.....Really!! Freepoints bod's probably have higher expenses.Its loose change to QFI's potential partners

Given the volumes traded QFI is clearly in demand by some " in the know" folks Its still all to play for....but that timing of the RNS still makes me think this is a company run for the benefit of company insiders. Still MSAR use is a no brainer for the Saudis and will come good. IMO Count down to 2020 for the shipping industry. Again MSAR seems the logical choice in the medium to short term
