Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
It isn't the cancelling of the dividend that is the issue for me, its that they will continue to issue share options, bonuses and so on whilst having cancelled the dividend. A bit like f..k you jack i am ok.
Yes Lee, some of us having the suspension of the Divi and the 10% pay reduction to look forward to.
Absolutely right, he doesn't need to be involved in the bail out package his sons can make plenty shorting/going long dependent on his "tweet" of the day.
No problem. I work in oil and gas myself and Aberdeen has barely recovered from the last crash, this is the last thing it needs.
Just remember Moneygecho that people will be losing their jobs, just so you can get a desired entry price. After all that's going on in the world right now, your attitude sums up everything that is wrong.
Thanks Stoater. I know but just so frustrating to see years of pension saving back to zero growth. As you say i do get the tax relief....
Just read the last couple of posts, and after this is all done and i am back to work, i fully intend to reduce my contributions from 25% of salary right down. After 7 years of fairly intensive pension savings i am back to square 1 and then some behind that....might as well just spend it, than put it into these wkers pockets.
hardly worth the risk Buffaloben to buy/sell for 8p profit......hmm
Never used them and not invested in Halfords but people i know say the same. Service is as per manufacturers schedule apparently so no warranty issue.
you called that right -)
There are 3 former search and rescue helicopters in place ( Bristows operated) to deal with Covid-19 cases, as far as i know as i am now working from home like others so not so much in the loop, there have been no Confirmed Covid-19 Cases in UKCS, lots of suspect ones. Many operators have cancelled all planned work except safety, Environmental (SECE) or production critical and are taking active steps to reduce personnel offshore. Most platforms will basically be moving to TFA mode - thats touch F... All over the interim period.
Thanks BTFATH1, but don't think i would invest in Enquest again. The news not to restart Thistle was not a surprise to be fair, even though one of my former colleagues was due to start working with them on some Temp Power Gen works, but had to say Heather slipped by me. I had no idea the fire had been so serious.
You are joking aren't you BTFATH1.
not really i think the government will force B&Q to close to the public and for Screwfix to be Trade only for the interim. Its got to happen to stop people mixing.
Also for all the bad news about the US markets, the FTSE isnt down too much, seems like the shocks are having less and less effect...however lets see what happens.
sorry that was directed to Dividendchaser
give it a rest please....you are becoming tedious. We can all see its falling and no end in sight but so what the world isnt quite falling apart yet despite the media and your best efforts.
I dont think they can scare people much further, i imagine most are in the the absolute desperation stage now. Given up hope of everything and anything and are curled up waiting for someone to put them out of their misery.....or is that just me.
no but supermarkets will be selling more when everyone stays indoors like sheep...
you would really want RDSB not A.
