I have spoke with few family and friends who bought in after me, 2 like me are cool we can move over our share dealing shares into the ISA and top up some more, the others said cool instead of 3-6 now we just hold for 6-12...

Yes exactly my point, we are worth much more than this but have been positioned so precariously that all the potential is not taken into account at this moment in time due to lack of sales so from a Danaher BC point you would want to scoop us now right ? On the cheap, I don’t want a take over until atleast November December when if all things pan out should have AIHL DoD etc etc quantified ...

Possibly but IMO BC know the potential behind closed doors these guys have crunched all the numbers to the moon and back. They will know how many they can sell they have links world wide.

This is perfect for them to absorb ... and at £50mil mcap it’s probably not even pocket change for Danaher ...

We need to realise IIs would have millions invested and they are not concerned with any fluff only 10% profit give or take, so figures were not there so for me I felt it was gonna drop not as severe as this but drop definitely.

It will settle and then move rapidly north ... plenty of potential current mcap for what we have is peanuts in pharma terms

We still are waiting for FDA simple... todays RNS was not going to mean anything for me... as it would not have been a FDA approval RNS.

Still massive potential here do not let you shares go unless its a life or death situation... MMs loved this RNS today bought so much weak shares today they will be laughing all the way to the bank today...

We all just need to relax worrying will not help any at all...
We unfortunately imo are at the mercy of Danaher and BC its simple they and GDR will have already made many many deals and negotiations in the back ground, would not be surprised if FDA approval is being held on their say so for their benefit etc. We all know PIs are not there primary concern these guys are talking 100s of millions and potentially billions of profit they will want to make sure it benefits them initially. So as we have seen and know how our own government scratches backs of friend and associates similar will be happening here no doubt. Greed and capitalism always come to the fore no matter what.

We all have taken our positions (i have for definite) we can only wait patiently for the gaffer to lay it down for us.

As i have said before and i will say again this company has massive potential and will sill a large growth only concern i have is specific SP sensitive RNS and details have not really been forthcoming holding SP down now for me its either to allow mates to get in cheap... or BC have all they want in place to say to GDR we will buy you out now that we have sales agreements etc and now have FDA these could potentially have been stipulated with in a agreement between GDR along with a (figure out of the air) £5 SP.

I genuinely hope he is not going to utter those words TAKE OVER otherwise totally happy to wait for the news to come out regarding FDA and sales figures..

take care all just switch off easier said than done i know but we can do nothing to change this situation...

Perhaps the date is showing when they applied the FEI number... and the document was only updated now on the portal etc due to how busy they are ?

When we get approvals we usually take 3-4 weeks to update literature and online resources to reflect updated info
