The only reason it got so high in the first place is because the web site has been used by anyone who ever brought designer clothes online and they probably thought it was cool to able to say they held shares in them. The real business people saw the foundations of the company and decided that riding the share price on people just liking the idea of ASOS was never going to last, as the shares were lets face it, basically over priced. Ive been in and out of this for years and will maybe get back in when it drops bellow 1200p (already 1299 as I type) but not until I have seen how the VAT changes will affect their trading figures, which may be some time in the future.
