Will certainly be interesting to read the full report in the final results tomorrow, at these all time low share price levels a sniff of good news and it will rocket or a decline given by the moz authority's, hard to believe this tiny mcap company has the potential to be a 20-30 bagger in a day if the licenses are reinstated but the board have really got to take control of this now and get things done, I am sure the director who last year invested 100k won't want to lose it, going to be a very interesting few days here whatever happens I'm watching closely

Yes with over 1m cash burn every 12 months and the mcap 1m it's clear pfp are on a cliff edge and they are in the hands of the moz courts and gov, who haven't agreed with pfp for 6 years they are unlikely to start agreeing now when pfp are on their knees, perhaps what they wanted all along so the problem would go away

Why do you think finals tomorrow got untill 30th. It's in the hands of the moz courts and gov not tiny pfp who imo have now nearly run out of money and when they do the problem for moz government just goes away, if chairman was confident he would be taking shares as salary he's just milking the gravy train untill it stops imo, very real risk of a delist now imo

Placing looks imminent given 4 months since the last 200k they will have hardly anything left, not sure how long this company can continue for, raising funds will get harder and harder, shame for all lth if they delist

Yes and unfortunately they only have enough cash to last to early 2018 so looks like a placing will now be required imo these delays are disappointing

For full read out results, this was supposed to be first half 2018 for the full read out of both trials so it is a shame this will now be delayed 18 months to wait. Also slighted concerned the delay will mean a placing has to take place, average is 20p so happy with that but as ever this will just drift back lower as no news now expected for a long long time and aim investors do not have the patience to be sitting in paper losses with no short term news in the pipeline, disappointed by the delays

Yes exactly we have got rid of the weak and by weak I do actually mean the most weak impatient impressionable novice ridiculous investors I have eve come across, may aswell buy a share then 10 mins later sell out based on an article written by some nobody giving his opinion on some ships 2 months ago when the price was above 18p, anyway anyone with an ounce of intelligence will know that when I tipped this at 11p it was a good tip even if the ships were plastic toy boats the cash is still a 5 bagger

Fully agree this board has been infested with people who don't know what they are talking about, take the article ****ging off the ships that was posted, some stated that the article caused them to sell lol so an article written by someone with zero credibility and no experience in investing giving his opinion on the age of the ships and this makes some ppl sell out at a loss, you couldn't make it up, negatives can be found in every aim company I could argue that naut is worth triple what matd is worth as they have triple the amount of cash and assets, matd have no tangible assets at all just a bunch of data spreadsheets, no oil no assets just $10m in cash, I am not going to get involved in any arguing on this board with the de rampers, I will just let the rns's do the talking, gl all and speak again tomorrow

Great to have you on board rift a very intelligent investor, like myself we were buying matd at 2.50p at cash discount when everyone said it's a dog... well it's 33p at today's price! When sentiment is low in a share it creates opportunities buy when others are fearful is how you pick the multibaggers, I am not going to repeat myself as to the amazing opportunity that presents itself here I will let the share price do the talking and the final results on Thursday followed by director buys, I will look out for your trademark buys rift

Nice to have you on board mate, investors sometimes need to see things in black and white in an rns and they will get this on Thursday 9th march, of course when the finals are released and they see for themselves the huge cash war chest, 75% discount share price to cash!!! future acquisition plans in the oil tech industry and director buys they will be paying much more than 16p. Due to only 24% of shares been in free float mms don't hold hardly any stock, as usual they flushed out a few weak sellers first thing then surprise surprise it ticks straight back up, huge gains to be made here from these levels with very very low risk

Final results out on Thursday and probable director buys according to Anna Williams will make this fly imo happy to wait for Thursday for the re rate to properly begin mms happily collecting shares off a few weak sellers this morning those shares will be bought much much higher on Thursday imo

I understand why people have doubts about the purchase of the old vessels but the fact is if this company had no future growth plans for its cash pile why would it present at mines and money? Why would it bother telling the world that it plans to build a large marine services and technology company if it doesn't have a realistic plan in place, why would Barclays,Hargreaves and td direct continue to be holders? A good acquisition of an emerging marine tech company perhaps in the gps sector would truely be transformational for example and clearly they do have exciting plans ahead or they would not be promoting the company, guess we will find out more about possible marine tech acquisition on Thursday, good luck all for the week ahead as interest builds in this very unique cash rich company
