What could possibly be taking so long they were supposed to be in final rig negotiations months ago, they need to rns what’s going on and be more transparent the market doesn’t like total silence then delays it hits the share price twice as hard

Agree it’s looking less likely they will drill XX this year as time passes, if it doesn’t come soon I will de risk some at a loss and buy them back after the rns to say the drills are cancelled as it will hit the price by at least 10% imo, Matd can’t afford any more delays but it’s not looking good

By the looks of it 8p is support now, so frustrating to see the price fall almost every day, the volume is tiny too

Becoming a bit of a joke now, how can they be in the final stages 6 weeks ago yet still no news, if block XX drilling is delayed it will be another PR disaster, very annoying share to be holding atm

The cash value is zero as all the cash will be spent on the drilling program, no investor is buying here thinking it’s covered by some cash in the bank as after the drilling has been completed there will be hardly any cash left, it’s all about whether they can strike commercial oil or not

The volume just isn’t there atm and without news we will just drift around this range, hopefully we don’t go much lower it’s been like death by a thousand cuts over the last few weeks here, 8p should give good support if we do drift lower in no news

Agree the silence on the block XX drilling this year is very unnerving given Matd history of delays, they are very important to this years drill program and if they don’t happen the share price will be substantially hit, expected by the end of July according to rns... the rig was available from Q3, so what's causing the delay? Mike needs to get this sorted and quick

No news on SL so it’s looks like now news until target depth and and no leaks, but it’s unacceptable to still have no news on block XX, they said it was close in the 25th June rns and it was expected to be completed before end of August, so why the delay what’s taking so long it’s quite a simple thing to sign a rig contract maybe the Chinese are messing them about again which wouldn’t surprise me but if it’s goibg to be delayed then Mike needs to get an rns out, the lack of communication spooks investors, 8.5p support will only hold so long without news their silence is unacceptable for an mcap of this size

We had a 4m sell last week at 8p so I hope the signs are not coming from the market! the government have played the directors for fools here, getting them to drop the court case with no promises stringing them along, Fact is the local government have fought against pat getting this license for years, how can a tiny company like pat take on the local government it will take years of court cases and millions of pounds imo if the government don’t want you to explore it’s best to give up, court cases never end well. They will be burning through cash at a rate of knots and if they pursue another court case a placing will be required imo, I sold out today before its too late, too many red flags any sells and it tanks any buys it doesn’t move all very odd and mgmt can’t even update on the license situation most likely because they know they made a big mistake dropping the first court case, terrible management

Joke of a company looks like application has been turned down which is no surprise given the local government never wanted them anyway they even fought them in court and ignored the deadline, no license and this is worth aim shell money at best £1-2m mcap just another aim con job of a listing imo to milk the market for a salary, huge sells will be reported late as usual jumping ship before this goes bust or hits 1-2p with only a few soil samples in Africa as assets

All depends on those afternoon sells, once the selling stops it will rise but we need at least a 5% rise over two days to see if the selling is clear

The longer we don’t get news on block XX the lower this will fall now, Mike needs to stick to his word as confidence is already fragile and a delay with XX is concerning. Yes the chart points to support been hit now at 8.5p but I think it will hold if not I will top up at the next support around 8p
