Sunrise Resources made the original surface discovery at Garfield and having previously sold the claims to GMR, Sunrise retains a 2% net smelter return royalty which covers all of the Powerline Zone and the majority of the High-Grade Zone discussed in the attached release. A half of this royalty may be purchased by GMR for $1million.

Sunrise also holds a royalty interest over the Stonewall Project held by GMR.

The idea of debating pros and cons is lovely but when one side has a vitriolic, personal gain or paid agenda the attempt at meaningful interaction is doomed before it has begun. For whatever reasons on here, we have individuals who have sold their soul ,or hate with a passion. So interaction is meaningless .I keep in mind that the scum on here are in no way representative of the human race and that most people come from a good place in life. The biggest winner here by far, is the planet, closely followed by the stack owners who are able to turn a life-time expensive and dangerous ESG nightmare into a profit on the books overnight. The added bonus of them then being perceived as an ESG producer (full circle manufacturing)will attract new funds to them. RBW will of course prosper and attract ESG funds as well, but the IP will be surprising in it's value. Early days here but as soon as the first cash hits this will be huge !
