Re AA/SXX But it does show they like a bargain and are willing to invest in greenfield sites to prove them up for mega profits.Just like all the other majors they are absolutely DESPERATE to quickly appear "greener" to their investors (see the recent events at Teck i.e CEO gone).At the moment in mining "the tail is definitely wagging the dog".We have the possibility of a few Tier 1 projects on the same site,and with multiples of scale they all realise the fact it makes it massively more profitable than just 1. Luckily our BoD are more than aware of the facts and the numbers. Nick likes things simple (KISS)so AA would be an easy option,but only at the right price.

if AA knew they were definitely going to try and buy ARCM,they would be pretty dumb not to buy just under 3% now while the price is a fraction of what it is going to be.And a few friendly faces for AA could also accumulate,and then there is the new Ivanhoe collaboration who might like to buy themselves ,or force AA to pay high (strategic bidding).With dwindling supply and grades worldwide there are many,many possibilities,but enjoyable to watch.GLA
