Sometimes Ruffles tweets need subtitles-so for clarity-the fact that he is predicting a Summer/ Autumn drilling start,it means that the JV will have been initiated by then with all the other loose ends tied up before then WTS

Ruffles means Zam,and the terrain /rains are only a problem if there are no roads-Anglo will now know where they will be drilling first and putting in a few roads( which be part of the Zam road improvement plan,with the work being done by locals) is straight forward.When the market is getting widely trashed it's great to have positive news and a laugh at the same time. Bring on the drills....!

Excellent. Small change but it’s moving. Expect Tingo shares to rerate post merge when on Nasdaq this quarter. Cash levels will be very healthy as I expect Anglo deal to close this quarter.

Just watching Jayber-Don't feel the need to post much as the real work is mostly done here and whilst we wait for the confirmation of a few things the market is encouraging a meltdown -Fundamentals here have only improved-I feel there are a couple of good surprises coming for us and then the drill bit will then do the talking.I notice quite a few round numbers being bought up in the background (someone building),and just indicative of what is to come GLA

Exactly Kully-DDDD has been shafted and it was able to happen because of their debt scenario (SXX similar).Casa will happen soon ( following the Tingo merger i.e. our assurance) When I asked at the beginning of the (first attempted) Casa sale years ago,,I asked about security and was told that "we fully retain control of the asset until it is paid for". Newer investors here should know that it is all about NvS being in control,and occasionally if things seem to be slow you can rest assured (like now....!) that Arc is like a swan,i.e. serene to look at but paddling like mad .We are "very active" and "on track" . We own over 300% of the Zam asset that we used to, and are in a JV agreement - Fully cashed up for the future and Cu predicted to go well over $15k -- facts don't lie !

He was driving at creating doubt,as he does everywhere else ! The agreement is a JV Agreement-the exclusivity period in the "contract" is exclusivity to ensure that we don't entertain counter offers in that time. Pond life !
