The Mcap of Arc will be largely irrelevant to the perceived value of the JV co. However as that perceived value grows with drilling results and further phases being taken by Anglo, so will the Arc SP- A "Chicken and Egg" scenario . 10 or 20x was mooted by someone when the sp was at 3.6p a while ago and since then we have significantly improved our position re cash and % Zam holding, so we can but see.

The implications of our Zambian licenses being owned through a JV company are many but beneficial to Arc ....!

We will see the grades bb,but there will obviously be a delay for PI's. The SP will build as drills are released and as the overall picture evolves-if we are lucky enough to still hold a % when Tier 1s are proven up it will be very interesting. Remy's numbers of $5b per Tier1 would equate to our 30% holding being worth 75p per Tier 1 (i,e £1.50 for two Tier 1's). I would be very surprised if we got anywhere near that before being taken out. In the meantime if Botswana shows promise and we pick up a couple of decent Zam licenses we will see the "multiplication effect" It's taken us a while to get here (several external factors and % building) but looking forwards, I don't think it's going to be boring

We will never be the proud owner of a free carry 30% share in 1/3 Tier 1 assets There will be a point at which Anglo (or AN Other of their choosing) will pull the trigger and take us out.When drilling starts if we (for instance) see Kamoa type grades we will get taken out immediately,Sentinel type grades and we may see a few areas drilled to prove up areas ,and somewhere in between that they will have an indicated resource quantity on which they intend to act.As PIs we will be weeks behind seeing the drill grades that Anglo do, so at some point we will get a surprise.Having already seen average grades of about 1% I'm pretty sure that we are not sitting on "dusters" and it's going to get very interesting ,very soon GLA LTH
