Spinnaker, that same thought had crossed my mind. They really cannot afford to screw up 2nd doses by not have enough available to do them, especially after extending from 3 weeks lag to 12 weeks. Now that AZ and Pfizer have both categorically stated to the media this am that there are NO known delays on their side, let's hope we get more 'clarity' today from the Gov.

Mr Costs, Janet Wood**** has mentioned them in past podcasts, definitely, and was very positive. I can’t remember who posted those links here. ? Anyone recall having done so? I’d like to think no news is good news at this point.

Oak, I've got 1st dose next week so won't be affected. I assume though that they will then have enough to supply 2nd doses when the 3 months between jabs is up....then again, who knows. Hopefully this NHS stoppage is just a temporary thing and not going to rattle on and on...

Apologies if already posted (? I think maybe it has) but this is IMO a very good article on why some get Covid severely, others not, which references in a favourable light the Synairgen lancet article of 2020. I thought the science behind it was very interesting and compelling.

- Countries reporting the most new infections each day * (*Latest 7-day average reported). All are average increasing over the last 2 weeks except for USA which is average decreasing
Brazil 66,849 (rising)
United States 55,051 (decreasing)

India 23,578 (rising)
Italy 22,237 (rising)

I don't look at the death rates as I'm only interested in infection rates to see how the landscape still looks for a drug like SNG001 to treat newly infected individuals.

I agree with you Volatility, I have not disparaged the product nor would I (it may be really good, then again it may not), but without a lot more rigor behind their claims, I view their being granted EAU based on current output from them with a lot of scepticism. Good to keep tabs on these though.

NORS (Sanotize) has been promoted in 'The Sun' and the DM for many months, with zero traction from regulators and governments. I feel we are safe.
Ex-Tory minister earning his bread by promoting Israeil company, plus ca change, they do have to earn a living I suppose.
No phase 3 data or peer-viewed results. One trial @ St Peters. Not really in SNG001 trial or results league. But most of all, it's being marketed as a preventative, and not a treatment which is what SNG001 is. Big difference and different market. It's about as much competition to SNG001 as Vicks Sinus spray or America's top intranasal offering (Xclear, which is actually really good, but totally unproven as a Covid 'cure').
