Does anyone know the date in October that the EU list of 10 in total (Therapeutics) will be made public? Or did they just state a blanket 'October'?

I wonder if the Synairgen Research (Ireland) entity was set up to somehow qualify the company access to all the EU players (manufacturers, CRO's peers, etc) that would have taken part in the event? The Irish entity was registered in June, I think... Or is it unrelated?

WelsFalcon, It's accurate, I was talking to friends who are in the business (salons) and they are indeed patch testing all clients again, regardless if they passed previous ones. They are coming across many more reactions than clients had previously so are having to play it safe. I don't know why it's happening though, interesting to know more.

Somewhat related - while watching the latest AstraZeneca webcast, I noticed Pascal Soriot's (AZ CEO) had the most raven locks imaginable, very obviously dyed...I wonder if that was AZ getting ahead of a bad news story...lol...

JSP123, we are definitley still on it today. THe article was published today and it states:

"Three treatments being studied
The double-blind trial has three arms, one for each treatment under review. Patients are randomly chosen to enter one part of the study to test either interferon beta, polyclonal antibodies or monoclonal antibodies."
They wouldn't be advertsing a treatment tha thas been wthdrawn. Tomorrow is another day though

The thing that doesn't tally with this is Synairgen establishing Synairgen Research (Ireland) Ltd fairly recently. They also wouldn't have re-organised (they had a recent internal re-organisation recently per LinkedIn), hired a Head of Comms and hired a Head of CMC who both started their jobs this month. Their actions to date point to an independent path. Is my thinking skewed?

JoeyD, the mandate isn't to protect the Idaho healthcare staff, it's to protect the patients. Wonderful if you're a nurse or surgeon who has acquired immunity through natural infection, only that doesn't give you a magic shield to stop carrying and shedding the virus all over your vunerable patients. To be clear, natural immunity does not stop Delta transmission.

By the by, I know a home care worker well who has refused the vaccine for a year despite the obvious aim to protect the elderly in her care from her transmitting them Covid. This same lady , jumps feet first for a jab when it looks like a hen weekend abroad has to be missed because she's not vaccinated. I'm hearing way too many stories like this of selective outrage. Doc is 100% correct, they can't have it both ways.

Very on point Tony, I hadn't considered the analyst angle and you are right when you say "It does not make a lot of sense to invite analysts to dissect a study that failed to meet its endpoints or did not have adequate efficacy".

On a separate note, I see the company have an open role for a PA/Training Coordinator. Reading the spec it seems the incumbent will be tasked with what I assume to be onboarding training material for new hires - a good sign further hiring may be on the horizon. On top of that diary management (Exec. level), travel and expenses. Also another sign that some key people will be travelling more than they were. You don't tend to track expenses at Exec level unless you will be doing a lot. Diary management is key on the Comms side of things - ensures adequate sign-off from the BOD on Communications/PR, etc. Small things but all pointing in the right direction.

I'm not sure I follow Borsahi06. I see Synairgen listed on the table, but nothing too exposing..? Are you saying that they added Synairen to their Milken Institute list just before Polygon added, or am I missing something? What is the field 'CMS2' as I note it has an entry?

My thoughts on why the webcast - they may have to synch people in from different locations (rather exciting if that's the case), it allows them to show off of new processes and product (maybe we will spot *Beaker in the background holding a test tube of SNG001 potion in front of a warehouse rammed full of millions of batches, lol), also allows introduction of new team members etc.
*For those not old enough, Beaker was the hapless monosyllabic science geek muppet in The Muppet Show...

This hiring spree looks promising.

For me personally, firstly the hire of the Head of CMC this month (particularly, and I cannot stress that enough), followed by the hire of Head of Comms who just happens to be American, only points to positive news and a sense of longevity for SNG001. I can see no conceivable reason to make 2 such commercially necessary and core hires to such a small organisation, were there not a strong business case to justify the hiring and spend, at this point in time. The BOD would have signed off on both roles, not on a whim but based on odds being in favour. I feel something is brewing, like a nice strong hot cup of good news.

Maybe others disagree, and that's OK. It's not a ramp, just an observation.

That was the £8.1m Asthma Human Challenge Study Contract Win dd 24th August. That was a GSK deal.
But there was a more recent contract signed and RNS'd today with an 'unnamed' company , - a "£5.7m contract with a specialist biotechnology company developing therapeutics for respiratory viral infections, to test its antiviral product using the hVIVO Influenza human challenge study model".) It's the most recent contract I thought could have been Synairgen, but with no imminent RNS confirming that, it appears not. Wishful thinking.

I was wrong on my hunch (I assume we would have had an RNS by now, lol), but apart from that, Synairgen investors investors might be interested on Orph's statement today. Their market view below bodes well for us too. Matml74, good spot, you posted this today, I think it's worth posting again...:

Regarding OO, I wish you both well in your investment and hope they come good soon, I believe you have a long term winner on your hands. I was tempted by OO a while ago but lacked the cash (parked here).
