Thanks for your hard work, Thordon, much appreciated.
That's pretty major and would would like to use ourselves, but where the ingredients / poly itaconic acid?
I know you've got great searching skills but would like to see for myself.

A little while ago I commented how relaxed JS was when presenting from home ground (compared to many comments about his awful presentation style when in a studio. No doubt he has an office, but he was really in his element when walking around the factory, proud of the equipment and stock ready to go out.
This time wasn't mobile, but a lot less stiff than some presentations.
I like to think the fact they presented from the stock area again means they read this chat (and not the awful other one!)
I think you did the right thing there. But only possible if you had say less than 200k shares. Much harder to do if you had 10x that ;-)
So I'm locked in, hence my username perhaps!!!
Back to waiting patiently.

Sorry, ignore last para of my last post, on re-reading is garbage.
Don't panic! Currently the share price is down nearly 11%. But on what proportion of the company that has been sold? Sells - Buys currently is £45k and the company is worth £27m. So 45k/27m x 100 = 0.17% of the company.
Yes, 0.17% of the company has been sold to reduce the apparent value by 11%. It's a nonsense to be worried by that. Instead, is shows how tightly held the shares are. I have 2.3m shares and they are very tightly held thanks!!!
Also look at the spread. Not only is it wide, but the bid price is close to the bottom of the spread. This indicates to me that market makers (it's their job after all) want to frighten people into buying, and they want to buy at an absurdly low price. They then sell at a nice high price . Good luck to them, but be aware of these techniques.
My eyes have been opened as to how there are thousands of tiny companies selling toiletries, cleaning and sprays of all descriptions. It's so easy I might be tempted to do it myself!
You don't need a chemist or even any expertise. If you want to make a product, just chose a formulation from Croda. Add a bit of fragrance if you must, to differentiate it. Then package it (i.e. buy empty bottles/sprays etc and fill them). Put labels on them with your brand new brand. Then the tough part - marketing and selling the stuff!
Croda's the one with the expert chemists for creating the formulations. If they are realising that ITX products are cheaper, work better, require less AND have green credentials, then more and more new formulations will be made with ITX products.
So, if Croda's chemists like it, and prefer it to alternatives, the usage of ITX products will continue to grow exponentially.
Note that ITX is probably unaware of the exact number of companies and products using formulations containing ITX products, unless that's something Croda is willing to divulge. More likely Croda simply buys the products from ITX .
"VELAFRESH® SAP80 is being trialed by a leading supplier to companies that produce baby diapers, feminine hygiene products,... " - sounds like a distributor rather than a FMGC. Think eg Croda rather than P&G. So, again, the distributor will be selling a formulation that works, small companies can buy it confidently and use of it won't infringe any patents (licence agreements between ITX and the distributor). All good news, but don't expect it to be a FMGC.
13 formulations available at Croda - 10 at 25l and 3 at 35l. These formulations are off the shelf, ready for small brands to simply package, label and sell! Very easy business. For differentiation, just add fragrance, and for cheapskates, dilute with water ??
Welcome tenbear; do take a look through the chat as there is little "noise" and much to explain why LTHs are confident of great things over the next six months.
Forgot to mention market makers dropping the price to see the point of interest of buyers, and to scare any nervous investors into selling (tree-shake).
Currently 10.1% down on the day, this is indeed crazy!
I'm sure many here have decades more experience than me, but at a guess:
It's flying under the radar for people looking for shares as they often filter by "profitable" and market cap say over "£100m".
Many of us are VLTH who've filled their boots - possibly now underwater too, and don't want (or can't afford to) top up further.
Chartists (those who look at charts and do no research into company) might look at the charts over the last year and think this is going nowhere.
Due to us VLTH, most of the non-II held shares are being held tightly, so liquidity is low. There's a smallish number of traders, and they are wandering off, to get back in if the price goes back down to the low 4.x p - they've been churning it (and possibly been making a decent income, so kudos to them!)
JW hasn't found us.
So basically, flying under the radar until we turn profitable.
Happy to be corrected, consider myself an eternal newbie.
Yes, spot on, I agree. Croda is a distributor, and add on their margin.
But great for smaller companies, who can simply buy a 25 or 35 litre container, add their fragrance (if any), packaging and label. Makes life incredibly simple for small product manufacturers and also avoids conflicting with any of those patents!
Win, win, as they say, but you're also right, not for huge quantities, they can purchase direct.
Yep, tiny part of formulations. I suspect the super absorbants will be a significant part of product and needed in huge quantities. Next RNS please!
Snap! Exact same timing! Yes, 13 formulations if larger containers included.
There's 10 formulations here on the croda website:
https://www.crodahomecare.com/en-gb/product-finder/product/2618-Zinador_1_22L
I guess that's what's meant by "The new agreement adds a newly formulated product to the collaboration and updates the terms and arrangements for ongoing market developments."
ie these are croda formulations that product manufacturers can use as the basis of their products, a sort of template. There's currently 10, don't know which is new, could be the first on the list, which is an air freshener for aerosols (fabreeze style) etc.
Fabric Air Spray Refresher with Odour Neutraliser
This deodorising spray will eliminate tough odours from the air and can also be used as a fabric refresher to eliminate absorbed odours. This can be used as a general spray to target and eliminate any unwanted, unpleasant odours
Apologies Thorndon, not awake yet!
And a related urine destroyer. Loving it! http://www.rbnainfo.com/product.php?productLineId=2869
And http://www.rbnainfo.com/product.php?productLineId=2520
Etc
No doubt DB found this already, as a trivial Google search found it: http://www.rbnainfo.com/product.php?productLineId=2912 - deodoriser spray (liquid) for dogs. Contains poly itaconic acid.
Typical example of usage.
Good to see it appear in wet wipes, the broader its application the better! Well done DB.
Yes, that's how I remembered it. JS looking very relaxed; he should speak more from his "home ground" rather than the studio.
So it's a remarkable capex return on investment of 10x - and he was speaking of the existing processing equipment (he waved his hands around the plant he was in). He didn't state the time scale, but I assume he meant $1m investment can churn out $10m of product (PER YEAR).
Well worth watching that video again, it's very encouraging.
