Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
I agree, sold 90000 this morning on sell off, but left limit order which fired at 14.67p and bought 91924 at better price. Paid more for some this morning 0.179/0.178 but importantly it brought down my average from 0.32. Things didn't work out for us as we expected this morning but I still believe Serenity is worth a lot more than the present sp. We just need the Bod to get their act together and hope they aren't exaggerating.
I just don't understand this talk of shorters. I've never known Aim shares to be on loan. I've always understood the likes of IG offered their punters the opportunity to go short the stock and IG would take the otherside of the bet. Nothing more than that. Same with options; only big companies are optionable.
I just bought in when the sp spiked over 50p on Serenity. I got some on the way down at 40/41p etc. Don't know what's being said on twitter but want mention the price pattern. Something similar happened when people paid more on a "normal" trade after the closing auction, but the next day the sp reverted back to the UT price. Thats my only worry. What really happened is that the Serenity drill was removed from the sp. We now know the 35p placing has been confirmed so I expect a good Monday/Week.
I'm in the same boat, Bought at 40/41; 27p, 19p with a total 432,068 shares and ave. 0.321982p . Have to average down which I don't like doing, but have to believe appraisal of Serenity will force RRe into making an offer. Don't believe a word of what i3 directors say after the debacle of drill which had fuzzy seismic, and they had high expectations of last one, which did not have expected sand above Owc. Cant see any offer for Serenity until appraisal confirms what's there?
Theirs no reason for it to go up yet. The mm's can take it where they want. We will probably have a farm in from RRE for the serenity appraisal. After that, and if the appraisal comes in at the top end, they may well bid for serenity. Liberator West who knows? Who wants to believe any oil hasn't migrated or am I thinking about the next excuse. I'm here for serenity and a buyout at a sensible price. Who knows with this BoD's. No news and the sp drifts, that's what happens.
Can't see any takeover. We need two drills on Serenity to prove the thickness of the sands and of course oil. After that we have unitisation and a farmout to consider. Then we are off to the races . I would feel better if we took the lower cost L1 to production and got some pocket money.
I added this morning with my last £10k. Had to do it in three trades and pay around 12.5p but some of my buys were at 40/41p so it has helped my average. Now Holding 432,068.. This is my last shot at AIM. If it comes good I will buy for the dividend yield from larger companies.
