According to the company website, Randy holds 3,212,520 shares in his own name. That equates to only 2.7% of the total shares in circulation, below the 3% threshold whereby he would have to inform the market when crossing each whole percent 3% and above. Not sure how we or the company will find out if he is selling, unless he lets Mark know and the website gets updated.

The share price here has a long way to go yet before we get to true value. The rise here over last 2 weeks is small fry to what we can expect once news flow picks up.

FYI you can follow Condor gold here to see the price on the TSX. Note the shares you see traded were initially bought from the LSE as shares have never been placed on the TSX by the company...yet. I believe it will happen, and was discussed in the recent video.

We are already listed in Canada, the issue is the lack of liquidity on the exchange. There is nothing to stop Canadians buying on the LSE though. It is worth noting mining shares, in particular goldies do better in Canada. If we can get interest there it will impact on our SP overall and bring us more in line with our peers. Ultimately any offer for the company, especially from a American / Canadian Company, as we would expect an offer from that region, would have to be at a higher price.

Thanks for the link goneawol. I reckon that’s the most relaxed I have seen Mark in any presentation, and I’ve watched a few! Quite a few wry grins es-ically when answering the question whether he has received any approaches for a takeover. The project is definitely gaining momentum and 2021 is beginning to look like our defining year.
