Theyve already done that. They produced a positive report shortly after they got the joint brokers hip, with the 14p/33p (or whatever they were) price targets. You won't see the full report though, unless you pay for their research.

I think Peel Hunt's job is to research HZM (which they have done, giving very positive price targets), and to make sure that HZM get in front of investors when appropriate, so that HZM can make their own case for attracting investment, and investors can make up their own minds. It's not to spam investors with overblown price puffing. If you recommend HZM to an investor, and they don't buy it, if you start puffing it again a few weeks later they will think you are unprofessional, and that there is something wrong with the company.
Spamming a PI bulletin board with "you have to be in it to win it" messages is fine, but if you act in the same way towards professional investors they will just think you are a bit of an idiot.

1) What has the number of shares got to do with it?
2) With the current ownership structure any bid would have to be at a ridiculous price to be successful. Very, very unlikely in my view.

It's hard to know how hard they have bee promoting HZM. As we are not clients we won't be getting any calls and we won't see their full research. We do know that they initiated coverage in September 2020 with a price target of 14p, or 33p unrisked.
