Management...rather than incompetent.....are actually not too bothered about the sp. They are just sticking to the plan.....and the sp will at some point soon react favourably to it.
They do not feel they are hurting their loyal LTH's....as true lth's are here for the big picture...not a few hundred pounds profit.
